Urban systems in less developed countries suffer from severe asymmetry in urban management, and this heterogeneity and imbalance in urban management make areas that are less productive and qualitatively less developed. No. One of the areas considered in most research as an example of the risky situation in urban social systems is informal settlements, which are usually established in the suburbs and grow slightly. And can severely affect people's survival in these areas. Since the decline in livelihoods, the population living in informal settlements cannot be resolved in the urban system and, on the other hand, cannot be returned to the countryside in most cases, this situation can pose a major threat to the overall social structure. To create. This is a descriptive-analytical study that relies on two methods of library and field research. In this study, the effect of independent variable namely traffics management and transportation on dependent variable namely population viability in informal settlements of Birjand was investigated by gathering information through questionnaire and Pearson correlation test. The results show that traffic management and urban transport can affect up to 65% of the population sustainability, of which 27% through traffic culture such as education and the role of the media, 24% through improved patterns. Traffic such as changes in certification practices and 14% are caused by the proper implementation of the rules.}, keywords = {Traffic,Transportation Management,Sustainability,Informal Settlement,Regulations and Training}, title_fa = {تاثیر ترافیک و مدیریت حمل و نقل بر تاب‌آوری جمعیت در سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی (مطالعه موردی: شهر بیرجند)}, abstract_fa = {ترافیک به مثابه‌ی شاخص‌ترین و عینی‌ترین اصل مدیریت شهری، با مجموعه‌ای در هم پیچیده از روابط اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی در ارتباط و تعامل دائمی می‌باشد. نظام‌های شهری در کشورهای کمتر توسعه یافته به شدت دچار عدم تقارن در مدیریت شهری‌اند و این ناهمگونی و عدم توازن در مدیریت شهری از مناطق بیشتر برخوردار به مناطقی که بهره‌ی کمتری از توسعه در ابعاد کمی و کیفی دارند، محسوس می‌باشد. یکی از مناطقی که در اکثر پژوهش‌ها به عنوان نمونه‌ای از وضعیت مخاطره‌آمیز در نظام‌های اجتماعی شهری مورد توجه قرار گرفته، سکونتگاه‌های غیررسمی است که معمولا در مناطق حاشیه‌ای شهری ایجاد شده و رشد کمی پیدا می‌کنند و می‌توانند میزان ماندگاری افراد در این مناطق را به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار دهند. از آنجا که با کاهش ماندگاری، جمعیت ساکن در سکونتگاه‌های غیر رسمی نمی‌توانند در نظام شهری حل شوند و از سوی دیگر، امکان بازگشت به روستاها را نیز در اکثر موارد ندارند، این وضعیت می‌تواند مخاطرات اساسی برای کل ساختار اجتماعی ایجاد نماید. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی– تحلیلی که متکی بر دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است. در این پژوهش با جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه و انجام محاسبات رگرسیون و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون اثرگذاری متغیر مستقل یعنی مدیریت ترافیک و حمل و نقل بر متغیر وابسته یعنی ماندگاری جمعیت در سکونتگاه‌های غیر رسمی شهرستان بیرجند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت ترافیک و حمل و نقل شهری می‌تواند تا حدود 65 درصد بر ماندگاری جمعیت اثرگذار باشد، که 27 درصد این تاثیر از طریق فرهنگ ترافیکی نظیر آموزش و نقش رسانه‌ها،24 درصد از طریق بهبود الگوهای ترافیکی نظیر تغییر در شیوه‌های اعطای گواهینامه و 14 درصد از طریق اجرای اصولی و درست قوانین ایجاد می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {ترافیک,مدیریت حمل و نقل,ماندگاری,سکونتگاه غیر رسمی,مقررات و آموزش}, url = {https://www.cpjournals.com/article_120688.html}, eprint = {https://www.cpjournals.com/article_120688_d995dfaa54d3eb5f3663c835555ab2c0.pdf} }
