The existence of various hazards and harmful factors in construction workshops has made this industry one of the most risky industries in the world. This issue has been considered in our country as well as other developing countries. Protecting human lives is first and foremost the most important issue in any work environment. This is an urgent need for great attention and implementation of the necessary requirements in order to save human lives. Manpower is the capital of any organization that in case of endangering their lives, performance and ultimately achieving the goals of the organization or community is challenged. Due to the importance of HSE in various industries, especially the manufacturing industry, this study was intended to examine the factors affecting safety, health and the environment. This was done from a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative approach, unstructured interviews were used to collect data and in the quantitative method, a questionnaire was used. The data received from the questionnaires were analyzed with Excel software and TOPSIS method to determine the weight and priority of the identified factors. According to TOPSIS surveys, the status of safety and firefighting equipment weighing 0.095, HSE checklist weighing 0.081, manpower status weighing 0.076, having direct contact with staff and discussing HSE issues weighing 0.073 and records and indicators Contractor HSE performance with a weight of 0.065 are five important and influential factors in safety, health and environment.}, keywords = {safety,Health,Environment,TOPSIS}, title_fa = {شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل تاثیر گذار در ایمنی، سلامت و محیط زیست در پروژه‌های عمرانی با استفاده از تکنیک تصمیم گیری چند معیاره}, abstract_fa = {عملیــات ســاختمانی و عمرانــی بــا توجــه بــه گســتردگی آن، در بیشــتر کشورهای جهــان در صــدر فعالیت‌های حادثه‌آفرین قــرار دارد. وجــود خطــرات و عوامــل زیان‌آور گوناگــون در کارگاه‌های ســاختمانی، ایــن صنعــت را بــه یکــی از مخاطره‌آمیزترین صنایــع در دنیــا تبدیــل کــرده اســت مدت‌هاست در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته به مقوله مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست (HSE) نگاه ویژه‌ای دارند. این مقوله در کشور ما نیز مانند سایر کشورهای درحال‌توسعه موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. حفظ جان انسان‌ها در وهله اول مهم‌ترین مسئله ضروری در هر محیط کاری می‌باشد. این موردنیاز مبرم به توجه زیاد و اجرای ملزومات لازم در جهت حفظ جان انسان‌ها دارد. نیروی انسانی سرمایه هر سازمان محسوب می‌شود که در صورت به خطر افتادن جان آن‌ها‍‍‍‍‍ عملکرد و درنهایت دستیابی به اهداف سازمان یا اجتماع موردنظر با چالش روبه‌رو می‌شود. باتوجه به اهمیت موضوع HSE در صنایع مختلف علی الخصوص صنعت ساخت این پژوهش در نظر داشت تا عوامل موثر بر ایمنی، سلامت و محیط زیست را بررسی کند. این مهم از رویکرد کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در رویکرد کیفی برای جمع آوری داده از مصاحبه های غیر ساختار یافته و در روش کمی از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. داده های دریافتی از پرسشنامه ها با نرم افزار اکسل و روش تاپسیس بررسی شد که مشخص شد عوامل شناسایی شده دارای چه وزن و اولویتی هستند. باتوجه به بررسی های  انجام شده به روش تاپسیس مشخص شد وضعیت تجهیزات ایمنی و آتش‌نشانی با وزن 0.095، چک‌لیست HSE با وزن 0.081، وضعیت نیروی انسانی با وزن 0.076، داشتن ارتباط مستقیم با کارکنان و گفتگو درباره مسایل HSE با وزن 0.073و  سوابق و شاخص‌های عملکردی HSE پیمانکار با وزن 0.065 پنج عامل مهم و تاثیرگذار در ایمنی، سلامت و محیط زیست به شمار میرود.}, keywords_fa = {ایمنی,بهداشت,محیط زیست,تاپسیس}, url = {https://www.cpjournals.com/article_150907.html}, eprint = {https://www.cpjournals.com/article_150907_01ba569b1f281b945a6331cb514c2b54.pdf} }
