چکیده
امروزه پروژه های عمرانی با اختصاص میزان قابل توجهی از بودجه کشور، سهم بسزایی در آبادانی و توسعه کشور دارند. از این رو بهبود بخشیدن به وضعیت این پروژه ها و نیز ارتقا سوددهی این پروژه ها ذهن بسیاری از شرکتهای عمرانی و در سطوح بالاتر مسئولان را به خود درگیر کرده است. یکی از مهم ترین و در عین حال موثرترین روش ها برای این منظور بهبود بهره وری نیروی انسانی در صنایع عمرانی می باشد. بر همین اساس در کار حاضر به بررسی عوامل موثر جهت ارتقا بهره وری نیروی انسانی به ویژه در صنایع عمرانی پرداخته شد و پس از تشریح عوامل تاثیرگذار به طبقه بندی آن ها قدام شدبر همین اساس در کار حاضر به بررسی عوامل موثر جهت ارتقاء نیروی انسانی بویژه در صنایع عمرانی پرداخته شد و پس از تشریح عوامل تاثیر گذار به طبقه آنها با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده اقدام شد که بیانگر این بود میزان اهمیت عوامل اثر گذار بر بهره وری نیروی انسانی فاکتورهای اقتصادی انسانی ، مدیریتی ، اجتماعی و نهایتا ویژگی های کار به ترتیب از درجه اهمیت بالاتری نسبت به سایر عوامل برخوردار بود .

Today, construction projects have a significant share in the development and development of the country by allocating a significant amount of the country's budget. Therefore, improving the situation of these projects and also improving the profitability of these projects has involved the minds of many construction companies and at higher levels of officials. One of the most important and effective methods for this purpose is to improve the productivity of human resources in the construction industry. Accordingly, in the present study, effective factors for human resource development, especially in the construction industry, were investigated and after explaining the factors affecting their class, action was taken according to the obtained results, which indicated the importance of factors affecting productivity. Manpower The human, managerial, social, and ultimately labor-economic factors ultimately had a higher degree of importance than other factors, respectively.
