چکیده

شیوه مدیریت منابع انسانی و منابع مالی یکی از مهمترین مشکلات اساسی در صنعت ساخت و ساز می‌باشد. محدودیت نیروی انسانی و مدیریت آن از یکسو و محدودیت منابع مالی و عدم وجود مدیریت مالی مناسب از سوی دیگر باعث شده است که زمان و کیفیت ساخت پروژه های ساختمانی به چالش کشیده شده و از راندمان و زمان کارائی آن کاسته شود امروزه دانش مدیریت مالی بعنوان بخشی لاینفک از مدیریت کلی درکسب وکارهای مختلف کاربرد و اهمیت فراوان دارد. مدیریت مالی با تنظیم و تحلیل صورتهای مالی بعنوان مهمترین اطلاعات مدیریتی، هیأت مدیره و مدیران واحد تجاری را در مدیریت و راهبری بنگاه کمک می‌نماید. همچنین برای تعمیق مطالعات امکان‌سنجی و ارزیابی پروژه های سرمایه گذاری نیازمند دانش مدیریت مالی بوده تا تصمیم گیری مدیران نیز بر اساس مطالعات و بررسیهای جامع و کامل صورت پذیرد .
