چکیده
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت زمان و مدیریت پروژه در بین مدیران عمرانی استان بوشهر می باشد. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران عمرانی استان بوشهر می‌باشد که در بین آنها تعداد 40 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه مدیریت زمان (کرمی) و پرسشنامه مدیریت پروژه (انریکو) می‌باشد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که بین برنامه ریزی زمان بندی کار، اولویت بندی کار، تفویض اختیار و مکالمه تلفنی با زمان پروژه رابطه وجود ندارد و بین مولفه های اداره جلسات، پذیرش مراجعین و امور شخصی با مدیریت زمان پروژه رابطه وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between time management and project management among civil managers in Bushehr province. This study is a descriptive study. The statistical population of this study includes all civil managers of Bushehr province, among which 40 people were randomly selected. Data collection tools are time management questionnaire (Karami) and project management questionnaire (Enrico). Data analysis was performed using SPSS software using Pearson correlation coefficient. Findings showed that there is no relationship between work scheduling, work prioritization, delegation and telephone conversation with project time and there is a relationship between the components of meeting management, client reception and personal affairs with project time management.
