چکیده
امروزه شرکت های عمرانی با فضای جدیدی مواجه هستند. شرکت های ساخت و عمرانی کشور ایران از پایین بودن بهره‌وری رنج می‌برند و بسیاری از مدیران تلاش‌هایی جهت یافتن راه‌کارهای مناسب برای رفع این مشکل داشته‌اند. به نظر می‌رسد استفاده از سیستمهای اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه به منظور بهبود مدیریت مدیران و افزایش بهره‌وری آنان، می‌تواند یکی از این راه کارها باشد. اما به دلیل ویژگی‌های خاصی که برای این شرکت های ساخت و عمرانی حاکم می‌باشد، به ویژه مسائل و مشکلاتی که از نیروی انسانی شاغل در آنها (اعم از مدیران و کارکنان) وجود دارد، کاربرد این ابزار به سادگی امکان‌پذیر نیست و در عمل نیز مشاهده گردیده که کمتر شرکتی بوده است که توانسته باشد از این سیستمهای اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه به نحو کارآمدی استفاده نموده باشد. لذا در صورتی که بتوان با انجام تحقیقاتی، مولفه های اساسی در پیاده سازی سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه در پروژه های انبوه سازی ساختمانی را شناسایی کرده و راه‌کارهایی برای استفاده اثربخش از این سیستمهای اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه ارائه نمود، قطعاً گام مفیدی در حل معضلات شرکت های ساخت برداشته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر پیاده سازی سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه را بر موفقیت پروژه های عمرانی که شامل بهبود مولفه های کیفیت، هزینه و زمان انجام پروژه است بسته به ابعاد محتوایی کیفیت سیستم های اطلاعات مدیریت پروژه که خود نیز شامل مولفه های دقت، مربوط بودن و کامل بودن اطلاعات است را در پروژه های انبوه سازی شرکت کارا سازه متین بررسی و کنکاش می کند.

Construction companies today are facing a new environment. Iranian construction and construction companies suffer from low productivity and many managers have struggled to find appropriate solutions to this problem. It seems that using project management information systems to improve managers' management and increase their productivity could be one of these solutions. But because of the special features that govern these construction and development companies, especially the problems of the human resources (including managers and employees), it is not possible to apply this tool in practice and to observe it in practice. It has become less of a company that has been able to use these project management information systems efficiently. Therefore, if research can identify the key components in implementing a project management information system in bulk construction projects and provide solutions for the effective use of these project management information systems, it will certainly be a useful step in solving corporate problems Construction removed. The present study aims to investigate the impact of implementing project management information systems on the success of project development projects, which include improving the quality, cost and time components of the project depending on the content dimensions of the quality of the project management information systems, which also include the accuracy components. Examines and explores the relevance and completeness of the information in Kara Sazeh Matin's bulk projects.
