چکیده

در این تحقیق سعی بر آن شد تا با استفاده از تجربیات کاری نگارندگان  در  زمینه پیمانکاری ساختمانی و فعالیت در پروژه های مسکن مهر دلایلی که به بروز اختلاف میان کارفرمایان و پیمانکاران در مسکن مهر منتهی شده اس جمع آوری گردد..  برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و توزیع پرسشنامه در بین پیمانکاران، کارفرمایان و مهندسین مشغول در پروژه های مسکن مهر استفاده شد. این تحقیق به روش  پیمایشی-توصیفی کاربردی انجام گردید. از یافته های این تحقیق به شناخت دلایل پر اهمیت در بروز اختلاف  و ریشه های ادعا و اختلاف بین کارفرمایان و پیمانکاران در مسکن مهر می توان اشاره کرد. هدف از جمع آوری این اطلاعات در نهایت کمک به پیمانکاران و کارفرمایان در تمام رشته ها به منظور کاهش خسارات و صدمات مالی و در نتیجه افزایش کیفیت و کارایی نیروهای متخصص بوده است.23 عامل ادعا جمع آوری و در ادامه 10 منشا اصلی در بروز دعاوی پیمانکاران مسکن ساخت با تاکید بر کارفرمایان تعاونی ها، احصاء گردید.

چکیده [English]

In this research, it was tried to use the experience of building construction and activity in housing projects to identify the reasons for the discrepancy between employers and contractors in Mehr Housing Segment. To collect data, library study method and questionnaire distribution were used among contractors, employers and engineers involved in Mehr Housing Projects. This research is a summary of a dissertation under this title, which was conducted using descriptive survey method. From the findings of this research, it is possible to identify the important reasons for the disagreement and the roots of the lawsuits between employers and contractors in Mehr Housing. The purpose of collecting this information has ultimately been to assist contractors and employers in all disciplines in order to minimize financial damages and consequently increase the quality and efficiency of the specialized forces.
