The most strategic industry of any country is its construction industry, which has always been the focus of different governments. However, the weak group (the worker) is always disrespected and its rights are ignored. The researches of the last few years show that if special attention not paid to the worker, there will be many disturbances to the environmental conditions of the construction project. Irreparable defects that should be paid special attention to its legal, moral and cultural dimensions. Therefore, the goal of this project is to adopt the best strategy for increasing the productivity of the worker and ultimately the construction site. In this research the correlational research method as well as the ANP technique have used. According to the results the construction project has been qualitatively improved when the physical development, the working class and the guarantee of their rights paid attention. By examining the variables of research and placement in the ANP decision-making network, the guarantee of worker's rights is the most important parameter for the future development of the construction project.

Reduction in project implementations is one of the most important challenges in construction management. In our country, after the revolution, there has been a significant leap forward in the construction of national civilization projects. However, despite the increase in the number of projects being implemented or commissioned, the problem facing these types of projects is the lack of start-ups and their operation on time according to the schedule. These delays also increase the cost of construction and reduce their quality. Comprehensive Quality Management (TQM) is the process by which management, with the participation of employees, customers and creditors, continuously improves quality. In other words, the final product in any industry must be tailored to the standards required by that industry to bring customer satisfaction. The construction industry is not an exception to this rule, and even the high cost of construction in this industry makes it necessary to ensure the control of the final product more than other industries. On the other hand, one of the goals and perspectives of TQM is to satisfy the customer completely with the least cost and attention to the optimal point of life cycle costs. In some cases, it increases so much that it takes the plan out of the being economic. In this article, while defining the basic topics of management, it deals with the role and position of time management, in the occurrence of delays and providing appropriate solutions to solve them. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of quality management on optimal changes in construction costs for the construction projects.

Construction projects can mainly achieve the desired level of perfection by using different approaches. Assuming the conventional approach to project management is to face a systematic and predictable world. However, features such as the large number of components, the interdependence between them, the high degree of synergy, the variety of components and most importantly, the nonlinear behavior that is a key feature of complex systems, has made the nature of construction projects, It looks completely different than before. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of influencing stress management and time management on the success of project management in the construction industry. The present study is a descriptive correlation from the perspective of applied purpose and from the perspective of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study of the staff of Isfahan Municipality Civil Organization was considered to be 135 people, the sampling method was determined as a group (random class) and the sample size was determined by Cochran's formula as 100. A standard questionnaire was used to collect the desired information and measure the research variables. The validity of the measurement tool is confirmed by its content and its reliability is confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Software (SPSS 24) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that time management with a path coefficient of 0.945 has the greatest impact on project management.
