Abstract

The management of human resources and financial resources is one of the most important fundamental problems in the construction industry. Restriction of manpower and its management on the one hand and limited financial resources and lack of proper financial management on the other hand has caused the time and quality of construction projects to be challenged and reduce its efficiency and efficiency. An integral part of general management is of great application and importance in various businesses.
