Abstract

Systematic decision making by managers is carried out by conventional methods including input, processing and output methods, although there are no planned inputs for executing value engineering and sustained research in manager decision making. Compliance, quality, reliability, and performance enhancement are all managed by the project manager without compromising on its future needs.
