The aim of this research is to identify and rank the effects of Corona virus on the construction industry. To achieve this goal, library studies and analytical methods such as the fuzzy decision matrix and the use of expert questionnaires have been used. In this research, the most important effects of Corona virus have been examined according to criteria such as the probability of occurrence, the severity of the effect, and the probability of detection, and then they have been analyzed using the opinion of experts and analytical tools like Fuzzy Vikor Solver software. The results show that the most effective effects of Corona virus on the construction industry include things such as lack of housing, delays in projects and schedules, reduced economic development due to the suspension of construction activities, reduced demand for building structures, unemployment of daily income workers, financial losses to construction companies, and reduced employment. In the construction industry, increasing the financial risks of contractors, the possibility of non-compliance with organizational obligations, and creating psychological problems such as depression on unemployed workers and employees.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of integrated components of sustainability in the construction industry in the construction projects of Imam Khomeini Port. For this purpose, a main hypothesis and three sub-hypotheses were developed. From the point of view of the purpose of this research, it is a development-oriented applied research, and from the point of view of methodology, it is descriptive-analytical (quantitative). The statistical population of this research includes specialists and construction experts of the Imam Khomeini Port Engineering System Organization, and the sample size was selected according to Kersey and Morgan's table by simple random sampling method of 120 people. The method of collecting information is library and field methods. Data analysis was done in two parts, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using Pearson correlation coefficient, regression analysis and Friedman test by spss software. The findings indicate the confirmation of research hypotheses at a significance level of less than 0.05. Based on this, indicators of economic sustainability, social sustainability and environmental sustainability affect the success of construction projects.

In the construction industry: investigation of innovation success faction is a fundamental step in codification and planning for technical innovation. The development of the construction industry is one of the indication of the growth of countries and accounts for the largest share of fixed capital accumulation and the highest allotment Employment. According to the aim of this research is identification and ranking of key factors affecting innovation the success, in construction projects in Isfahan, using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method; after library search, interviews and using a questionnaire from 14 industry experts '' key success the factors affecting innovation success in construction'' identified. These factors categorized in three groups: government factors, organizational factors, and knowledge management factors and relation between them identified. For the final ranking, a paired comparisons questionnaire were distributed, between 20 experts in the project of Isfahan International Conference Center and the Abshar residential towers then data analyzed using the Analytic Network Process methods and Super Decision software. According to the Analytic Network Process results: in top management commitment for the organizational factors, creating and supporting R&D institutions for governmental factors and the knowledge acquisition and developing among the factors of knowledge management have the most weight.

The construction industry is known as one of the most dangerous industries in terms of work-related losses, injury rates, and workers' compensation. Safety in construction is one of the most important issues due to the large number of accidents and deaths in this industry. The issue of safety has always been of great interest to researchers due to the history of accidents in the construction industry and many studies have been conducted in various fields related to safety. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the components of safety management in construction projects. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the nature of the method. In order to collect data, questionnaires were prepared and multi-criteria decision making methods (test and evaluation decision making method and network analysis method) were used Completed by ten safety experts with at least five years of experience in construction projects in the city of Shiraz. The collected data were analyzed by Excel and SuperDeicisions software. The results showed that the components of the presence of supervisors and trained engineers in the field of safety, training of personnel and personal protective equipment, have the most weight.
