The purpose of this research is to predict the environmental effects of the water transmission line project on the environment. The research method is descriptive and analytical using existing resources. Investigations showed that in the design of the water transmission line, the implementation of environmental considerations can play an effective role in controlling and reducing the harmful effects of the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly implement measures and solutions to reduce environmental effects in water transfer areas. This is suggested by carrying out preferential environmental impact assessment studies for the superior option from the technical, economic, social and environmental point of view. On the other hand, one of the success factors in the sustainability of development plans is the degree of acceptance of these plans by the people and local communities and their participation in the implementation and exploitation of the plan. Since the project of transferring water from the Persian Gulf is carried out with the main goal of supplying water to industries in the southeast of the country, it seems that in the short term it is not possible to supply drinking water to the residential areas within the scope of the project. However, if local labor force is used in the implementation and exploitation phase and the project is welcomed by the human communities related to the project, this project can have positive effects on the social, economic and cultural environment of the project.

In general, any type of accident, occupational disease, or environmental damage inflicts enormous and sometimes irreparable damage directly and indirectly on organizations. The mentioned method is an integrated system that tries to create a healthy, pleasant, lively environment away from accidents with convergence, unifying arrangement of manpower, facilities and equipment, and can be observed by observing its plans in the Health and Wellness Organization of Manpower. , Provided protection against hazards and a healthy environment in the workplace, thus reducing existing risks.Slowness and lack of progress in the implementation of construction projects leads to the lack of sustainable project management, which indicates the existence of obstacles and root problems in the implementation of valuable urban projects that seriously threaten reconstruction and development and can be considered as a crisis of construction projects. named. The main problem that most large projects face is delays in various phases and eventual completion of the project. A delay is an action or event that extends the time specified in the contract to perform a particular action. Various officials and experts must be spent in order to successfully implement such projects within the specified time frame. Because in terms of scientific status and value, according to project management characteristics and factors. Affecting the success of projects, achieving one's time goals. One of the most important indicators of success is the direct relationship between the weakness of safety culture and the increase in the rate of accidents and human, economic and environmental damage has been proven in many similar studies. In addition, in recent years, following the occurrence of numerous accidents, the emphasis has been on creating a positive safety culture, increasing the level of training received, more experiences of accidents and hazards in the workplace, as well as gaining better job positions and therefore safer. . Also, the direct relationship between education level and safety culture score has been emphasized in many studies. Organizations have experienced increasing growth.

The expansion of the planet's population and the need for the construction industry has caused a shortage of primary materials. On the other hand, the process of making and using these materials causes harmful damage to the environment and causes the pollution of natural resources and the release of carbon dioxide (CO2) in nature. In addition to this, plastic polymers used in various industries are one of the most consumed items that cause environmental pollution and the waste recycling process is costly and time-consuming. One of the most widely used polymers is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is used in the industry of making wires, electric cables, and all kinds of mobile phone chargers as a cover for their conductors.Limited studies have been done in the field of reusing this polymer as a member of the concrete structure as fibres and improving its mechanical properties in the past. This study deals with a comprehensive review of these studies in the field of using these types of fibres that have been used as reinforcing and reinforcing properties of concrete and focuses on a detailed investigation of the effect of different percentages and various dimensions of these types of fibres on the mechanical characteristics of concrete.

The construction and civil operations function is at the forefront of adventurous activities in most countries of the world due to its expansion. The existence of various hazards and harmful factors in construction workshops has made this industry one of the most risky industries in the world. This issue has been considered in our country as well as other developing countries. Protecting human lives is first and foremost the most important issue in any work environment. This is an urgent need for great attention and implementation of the necessary requirements in order to save human lives. Manpower is the capital of any organization that in case of endangering their lives, performance and ultimately achieving the goals of the organization or community is challenged. Due to the importance of HSE in various industries, especially the manufacturing industry, this study was intended to examine the factors affecting safety, health and the environment. This was done from a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative approach, unstructured interviews were used to collect data and in the quantitative method, a questionnaire was used. The data received from the questionnaires were analyzed with Excel software and TOPSIS method to determine the weight and priority of the identified factors. According to TOPSIS surveys, the status of safety and firefighting equipment weighing 0.095, HSE checklist weighing 0.081, manpower status weighing 0.076, having direct contact with staff and discussing HSE issues weighing 0.073 and records and indicators Contractor HSE performance with a weight of 0.065 are five important and influential factors in safety, health and environment.

With the increasing population of urbanization and the use of private transportation, the depreciation of public transportation in Iran's metropolises and issues such as environmental, traffic, visual and air pollution, urban management policies in this direction Appropriate solutions such as sustainable urban development should be adopted. This article intends to show by introducing practical strategies at the level of metropolitan management To achieve sustainable urban development, the component of sustainable transport development must first be taken seriously. Sustainable transport is a set of integrated, dynamic, continuous policies and guidelines that include economic, social, and environmental goals that ensure the equitable distribution and efficient use of resources to meet the transportation needs of society and future generations. Brings with it. The method of collecting information and data is library and case study. The purpose of this article is to address the important components of transportation network planning and the dimensions of sustainability in urban transportation networks, the process of determining the policies of senior managers in order to achieve the development of urban sustainability through sustainable development. Transportation is achieved through strategic management and the use of the swot model.

Nature and the environment are a gift from God that exists around every living thing and on which survival depends. Given the vast natural resources that Iran has at its disposal, it should be noted that the destruction of natural resources and the environment affects the quality and natural cycle of the country and has detrimental consequences for human life, animals, plants and buildings. Given that nature was created for the survival of the human race and there is an inseparable link between man and nature, so its preservation and protection is very important. Given the accelerating trend of natural resource degradation and the threat of biodiversity, one of the challenges in the field of natural resource protection is to upgrade the protection unit of such areas. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the effective factors in improving the performance of the Natural Resources Protection Unit. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and method. In order to collect, questionnaires based on multi-criteria decision-making methods used in this study (test and evaluation decision-making method and network analysis method) were used by five people. One of the senior experts with at least ten years of experience in the natural resources of Bastak city has been completed. The collected data were analyzed by Excel software and superdecision. The results of identification and effective factors in upgrading the protection unit based on network analysis show that the most weight is occupied by machines and the lowest score is allocated to system updates.

Structural engineers have long sought ways to reduce the weight of structures while maintaining structural strength. With the invention of the design and implementation of Cubiax ceilings, they succeeded to some extent in achieving this important goal. These ceilings, by significantly reducing their weight compared to conventional concrete ceilings, at the same time as sufficient strength and in accordance with construction regulations, have also reduced the use of concrete. Obviously, this has a positive effect on reducing the overall cost of the building structure as well as better environmental protection. In this research, we have tried to study Cubiax ceilings, including the concept of Cubiax, the reasons for choosing and entering Cubiax technology, the components of this system, the implementation of Cubiax ceilings, the advantages of Cubiax ceiling compared to other ceilings, the architectural advantages of Cubiax system and. ..
