Abstract

Slowness and lack of progress in the implementation of construction projects leads to the lack of sustainable project management, which indicates the existence of obstacles and root problems in the implementation of valuable urban projects that seriously threaten reconstruction and development and can be considered as a crisis of construction projects. named.
