With the start of the corona virus from the city of Wuhan in China and its spread among other nations, a gray era began in the world. This crisis permeated all businesses and industries, including the airline industry. After the announcement of the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 21, 2020 regarding the epidemic of this virus, physical distancing was recognized as the best way to deal with the spread of this disease. Hereupon, the demand for transportation decreased to a significant amount and the airline companies all over the world entered an economic recession. An analysis published by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) states that the crisis has reduced revenue generated from passengers for the world's airlines by 55% (equivalent to $314 billion) in the year of the outbreak. Similar surveys in other countries have also shown a decrease in travel demand and by examining various companies, researchers have recognized methods such as using technologies to reduce the need for physical contact in airports, the policy of removing the middle seat, etc., to be effective. They have also encouraged the governments to support the airline industries. In this article, the performance of Iranian airlines in domestic flights in the years 2016 to 2021 is examined and using the extracted results, a comparison between the years including covid-19 and other years is made. Due to the homogenization of the passenger, cargo and mail variables for comparison, indicators have been defined by dividing each variable by the number of flights. The result of this comparison shows a decrease of more than 20% in the passenger index from 2019 to 2020 and an increasing trend in cargo and mail indexes in these years, which can be due to people's eagerness for online shopping in this era compared to in-person shopping.

The coronavirus outbreak has changed all over the world, and various industries have suffered severe damage. On the other hand, its impact on transportation as an important infrastructure has been significant. Reducing air pollution and traffic volume are also outputs of corona-related changes. This article examines the statistics and performance of Snapp and Uber companies. Using the Performance Report published by the companies, analysis and comparisons have been made between the two companies, as well as their various departments. In the end, the performance of Snapp and Uber companies has been compared to public transport. The results show that Corona has generally had a negative impact on transportation performance, especially public transport. Online taxi service provider companies، After the Corona era, they have been able to compensate for their losses and surpass the pre-Corona conditions, but public transport continues to face problems caused by Corona. In some parts of transportation, the effects of corona have been positive. This is due to quarantine and social distancing. Carrying methods that reduce passenger movement, such as couriers and cargoes, were welcomed. Corona has also made a visible impact on people's lifestyles. The results show that after the coronavirus epidemic, users have not returned to their past methods of transportation.

Quarantine and restrictions imposed on construction industries following the Covid-19 outbreak postponed construction, leading to a capital recession of engineers and occupational stress. As leaders of construction projects, engineers should be able to choose a leadership style that facilitates occupational stress management. The current descriptive study was conducted on 312 construction project engineers in Mashhad in 2022 using a simple random sampling method. The Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid. Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire and Schwepker and Dimitrov's job stress questionnaire (2021) were research tools. Questionnaires were prepared using the “Avalform” website, and the link to the questionnaire was sent to the engineers. The results showed participative, autocratic, conservative, and Impoverished leadership styles were the most frequently used among civil engineers, respectively. The mean score of job stress was higher in the group with autocratic leadership style than in other groups (21.23 ± 5.58), followed by participative (19.76 ± 8.01) and conservative (19.07 ± 6.82) leadership styles. Given that civil engineers most frequently used the participative leadership style, and this group experienced high job stress, future studies should focus on teaching job stress management strategies.
