Quarantine and restrictions imposed on construction industries following the Covid-19 outbreak postponed construction, leading to a capital recession of engineers and occupational stress. As leaders of construction projects, engineers should be able to choose a leadership style that facilitates occupational stress management. The current descriptive study was conducted on 312 construction project engineers in Mashhad in 2022 using a simple random sampling method. The Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid. Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire and Schwepker and Dimitrov's job stress questionnaire (2021) were research tools. Questionnaires were prepared using the “Avalform” website, and the link to the questionnaire was sent to the engineers. The results showed participative, autocratic, conservative, and Impoverished leadership styles were the most frequently used among civil engineers, respectively. The mean score of job stress was higher in the group with autocratic leadership style than in other groups (21.23 ± 5.58), followed by participative (19.76 ± 8.01) and conservative (19.07 ± 6.82) leadership styles. Given that civil engineers most frequently used the participative leadership style, and this group experienced high job stress, future studies should focus on teaching job stress management strategies.

Strategic intelligence is one of the key factors in optimizing the decisions of senior leaders. During the synergy of knowledge management, competitive intelligence and business intelligence, strategic intelligence is mentioned as one of the key determinants of successful decision making that provides valuable information and knowledge necessary for strategic organizational decisions. The research method is descriptive-correlational and survey with a statistical population of 3,000 project management experts and leaders of construction industry organizations that are members of the Iranian Project Management Association. Using simple random sampling method and Cochran's formula, 341 people Statistical sample titles were selected. This research is one of the applied researches in terms of purpose. The method of data collection is library and field and in order to collect information, questionnaire and interview tools were used and the research findings were analyzed using statistical methods of correlation and regression analysis. After examining the concepts of strategic intelligence and leadership and strategic management, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership and their factors with the implementation of strategy in project-oriented organizations and considering their relationship and impact on strategy implementation. Organizations It is essential that project-oriented organizations use system thinking with a slight change in the organizational leadership system and use artificial intelligence systems to implement strategy in their projects.
