This article examines the pervasive issue of flight delays in Iranian airports and the factors affecting it. As air travel continues to play an important role in global connectivity and economic growth, understanding the causes and consequences of flight delays becomes critical. The importance of speed as the main indicator in the aviation industry compared to other means of transportation caused the issue of flight delays to be looked at more sensitively. Also, one of the influential factors for the performance of airline companies and the level of passenger satisfaction is the issue of flight delays and cancellations by the company. Using a comprehensive data set and statistical analyses, we examine the percentage of delayed flights in Iran's main airports and clarify the underlying factors affecting these delays. Then, using the defined index, we compare the performance of the most important Iranian airlines in terms of flight delays and cancellations in recent years using available data. As a result of these calculations, all domestic airlines in Iran, like other countries in the world, experience the most delays in the winter season. According to the evidence, this issue is predictable to a good extent and more efforts should be made in this field so that there is less impact on the economy of the country and the comfort of passengers during the trip

The results of capital stock and labor force coefficients showed that there is a constant return to scale in the road transport fleet sector. Also, in this sector, new investment and renovation has increased with technical progress in such a way that it has reduced the average age of the fleet and has led to an increase in the growth rate of qualitative capital and productivity. So; The direct relationship between fleet renewal and productivity in Iran's road transport sector is confirmed. Therefore, it is suggested to use equipment with superior technology and replace the road fleet with new and advanced equipment Therefore, all parts of the road transport industry require their own special attention, which is addressed to each of the topics in the discussions related to road safety management; And its special rules, regulations and standards should be taken into consideration. The road transport fleet is considered as one of the most strategic transport systems of any country. High level and technological complexity, quality and strict prerequisite standards have made this system known as one of the most effective transportation systems in the world.

Transportation is one of the most important pillars and commercial infrastructures for the development of exports, economic growth and development, strengthening trade relations with the countries of the region. If there is an inappropriate pavement, speed violation and non-observance of the ban on the movement of heavy vehicles in the speed line, there are much more risks than light vehicles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the traffic of heavy vehicles in the speed line and the quality of the road pavement and the non-enforcement of the law by the traffic police. Also, examining the role of pavement quality in determining the priority of using the transportation axis in the transportation of goods is another goal of this study. In this axis, the Zanjan to Abhar freeway was examined as a study axis, based on field research and questionnaires. Among 221 drivers of heavy and cargo vehicles, research hypotheses have been investigated using SPSS software, due to the quantitative of data the Pearson correlation coefficient, it has been used to measure the relationship and also considering the acceptance of linear relationship between the variables. Research has used linear regression to find the relationship equation. The results showed that 63 percent of the increase in the use of the speed line by heavy vehicles was due to the unfavorable quality and the presence of pavement damage in the mentioned axis, and 12 percent of the violations of the ban on the movement of heavy vehicles from the speed lane were related to the non-enforcement of the law of the offending drivers. . Also, 62% of priority for the use of transportation axes by heavy and cargo vehicles for the transportation of goods, the optimal quality of road pavement will be the criterion. Therefore, the role of the quality of road pavement will have a significant impact on the choice of the route for the transportation of goods and, as a result, increase trade relations between cities and other countries. A safe and high-quality road is part of the public and natural rights of drivers and passengers.

This article examines the effect of human error in aviation accidents. Aviation accidents are one of the most important factors that threaten security in air transportation, and various factors can play a role in their occurrence. One of these factors is human error, which can lead to an accident from simple to serious and uncorrectable errors, also human error is one of the important factors in plane accidents that can have serious consequences for the health and safety of passengers and aircraft employees. It may occur at any stage of the flight process from design and manufacturing to flight operations and maintenance. In the flight operations phase, this error can include pilot and air traffic control errors, ground logistics errors (such as lack of proper maintenance and repair of aircraft), and flight crew performance errors. It is clear that the detailed investigation of human errors in aviation accidents plays a significant role in increasing the safety of flights and may lead to effective improvements in the fields of pilot training and aircraft systems design. The purpose of this article is to analyze the human error in aviation accidents and the factors affecting its occurrence, which can help improve the safety and performance of airplanes and thus save people's lives in aviation accidents.

With the increasing population of urbanization and the use of private transportation, the depreciation of public transportation in Iran's metropolises and issues such as environmental, traffic, visual and air pollution, urban management policies in this direction Appropriate solutions such as sustainable urban development should be adopted. This article intends to show by introducing practical strategies at the level of metropolitan management To achieve sustainable urban development, the component of sustainable transport development must first be taken seriously. Sustainable transport is a set of integrated, dynamic, continuous policies and guidelines that include economic, social, and environmental goals that ensure the equitable distribution and efficient use of resources to meet the transportation needs of society and future generations. Brings with it. The method of collecting information and data is library and case study. The purpose of this article is to address the important components of transportation network planning and the dimensions of sustainability in urban transportation networks, the process of determining the policies of senior managers in order to achieve the development of urban sustainability through sustainable development. Transportation is achieved through strategic management and the use of the swot model.
