Abstract
Manpower is one of the influential factors in projects and contributes significantly to the success of the project. Because the quality and durability of projects are among the important factors in the success of a project and their impact can be seen in all stages of the project. Therefore, paying attention to how to achieve this goal is of particular importance, and in the meantime, the experience of human resources is one of the important and influential factors. Which increases the motivation of human resources, the type of human resources management and, consequently, the success of the project, has been studied.
