Ergonomy and its effect on human resources management

Abstract
There are many factors which may cause victory in an organization while different concept of victorious might exist  depend on the organization. One of the impressive one is efficiency which is not  related to organization type and each management unit must consider methods to increase efficiency. Ergonomy will be effective to efficiency index growth, cause better function in every organization. Ergonomy principles incorporate ways which can protect people mental and physical  heath, also motivate employee. These principles could  lead  person to higher level of  needs and force them to attempt to achieve self-esteem and  development by Ergonomy effects on  increasing efficiency has examined  in variety of organization  and it has proved its principles cause better function in any organization
