Civil & Project Journal (CPJ) is owned and edited by Dr. Ali Ghorbani, founder of the Project Management Engineering discipline in Iran , and is published to advance credible, applicable, and problem-oriented knowledge in civil engineering, civil infrastructure projects, construction management, and project management.
Through its editorial board and network of academic and professional reviewers, regular monthly publication, single-blind peer review, and open access, the journal provides a platform for disseminating current scientific findings, professional experience, and interdisciplinary studies related to projects.
Supported by the Editor-in-Chief’s academic, managerial, and executive experience and by collaboration with academics, researchers, and experienced professionals, Civil & Project Journal does not regard itself merely as a venue for publishing manuscripts; rather, its mission is to transform research into usable knowledge for decision-making, design, implementation, project control, safety, economics, and the legal dimensions of projects.
The journal gives priority to studies that, in addition to scientific methodology and originality, can contribute to solving real problems in the construction industry, civil projects, and project management.

Civil & Project Journal has a scientific record in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC). Journal articles may also be searched through Google Scholar as a scholarly search and discovery channel.
The subject, structure, originality, and compliance with journal guidelines are checked.
Single-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
The author’s response is assessed and the Editor-in-Chief makes the scientific decision.
Editing, layout, DOI assignment, and online publication.
Submission, initial assessment, and scientific peer review at Civil & Project Journal are free of charge, and no payment is required before final scientific acceptance. The highest article processing and publication charge for each accepted article is IRR 28,000,000. For international payments, 50 TRX is accepted as an alternative payment method. These two amounts are alternative payment options for one article and are not cumulative. The charge applies only to post-acceptance publication services, including final quality control, technical editing, layout, DOI assignment, and electronic publication. Payment has no effect on reviewer selection, the peer-review process or outcome, or the Editor-in-Chief’s scientific decision.
Article files, author information, and backup copies are maintained regularly. Information for published articles is also retrievable through DOI and mEDRA.
The journal follows publication-ethics principles, similarity screening, confidential peer review, and the CC BY 4.0 license, and makes the full text of published articles freely available to readers.
Civil & Project Journal invites academics, researchers, postgraduate students, managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, legal specialists, and experienced professionals from Iran and other countries to submit original, problem-oriented, and applicable scholarly work for review and publication.
