A Monthly Scientific, Professional, and Interdisciplinary Journal in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management
Civil & Project Journal (CPJ) is owned and edited by Dr. Ali Ghorbani, founder of the Project Management Engineering discipline in Iran. The journal is published to advance credible, applicable, and problem-oriented knowledge in civil engineering, civil infrastructure projects, construction management, and project management.
Through a network of academic and professional editors and reviewers, regular monthly electronic publication, single-blind peer review, and open access, CPJ provides a platform for disseminating current research findings, documented professional experience, and interdisciplinary studies related to projects and the built environment.

Scientific and Professional Identity
Supported by the Editor-in-Chief’s academic, managerial, and executive experience, and by the collaboration of academics, researchers, and experienced professionals, CPJ does not regard itself merely as a venue for publishing manuscripts. Its mission is to transform research into usable knowledge for decision-making, design, implementation, project control, safety, engineering economics, contracts, claims, and the legal dimensions of projects.
Priority is given to studies that combine originality and methodological soundness with a demonstrable capacity to explain or address real challenges in the construction industry, civil projects, infrastructure, and project management.

The manuscript undergoes single-blind review by at least two suitably qualified specialists.
3
Revision and Decision
Author responses and revisions are evaluated before the Editor-in-Chief issues the scientific decision.
4
Electronic Publication
Accepted work proceeds to editing, layout, DOI registration, and online publication.
Scientific decisions are based on editorial assessment, reviewer reports, originality, methodological quality, relevance, and contribution. Payment does not influence peer review or acceptance.
Research Integrity and Publication Ethics
CPJ applies policies concerning plagiarism, duplicate submission, data fabrication or falsification, authorship, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, corrections, and other forms of publication misconduct, with reference to recognized publication-ethics principles.
Open Access and Copyright
