CPJ holds scientific accreditation through ISC. Maintaining this status requires publication regularity, specialist peer review, research integrity, transparent editorial procedures, and continuing improvement of scientific quality.
The confirmed ISSN record identifies CPJ as an online, monthly journal published from Iran since 2019 and recognizes the parallel English title Civil & Project Journal.

A national research-information service providing journal, article, author, and scholarly discovery functions. Availability of individual CPJ records is governed by SID.
A journal and periodical information service that supports discovery of Iranian periodicals and their content under its own inclusion and access model.

Metadata Quality and Author Identification
Discoverability depends on the accuracy and consistency of journal and article metadata. Authors and the Editorial Office share responsibility for preventing errors that may fragment article records, author profiles, affiliations, citations, or DOI links.
Titles, Abstracts, and Keywords
English titles and abstracts must be accurate, clear, readable, and consistent with the article’s methods, findings, and scope. Keywords should support subject discovery without exaggerating the content.
Authors and Affiliations
Author names, order, corresponding-author status, affiliations, countries, official emails, and academic information must match across the journal system, manuscript, title page, proof, and published record.
ORCID and Researcher Identity
Authors are strongly encouraged to provide valid ORCID iDs to reduce name ambiguity and support accurate connection of published work with researcher profiles.
DOI and Citation Data
Article title, authors, year, volume, issue, article number or pages, references, and DOI information must be checked carefully during submission and galley-proof review.
References and Persistent Links
References should be complete, verifiable, relevant, and correctly linked to DOI information where available. Fabricated or unverifiable citations are prohibited.
Post-Publication Corrections
Material errors in published metadata or scientific content must be reported promptly and handled through a transparent correction process rather than silent replacement of the published record.
International Indexing Development and Scopus Readiness
CPJ is progressively strengthening the editorial, scientific, technical, ethical, and international features required for evaluation by selective international databases. The development programme emphasizes evidence of quality rather than promotional claims.
