Abstract
Construction companies are different from most other companies and face many unique challenges and problems that companies in other industries do not face. Yerevan Airport, which was privatized in 2001 through a 30-year Build-Operation-Transfer agreement (BOT), is owned by Armenia International Airports Company. The Corporacion America Group of Companies, listed on the New York Stock Exchange as a public company, manages Armenia International Airports. As a subset of this group, all the functions of the Armenian airports affect the overall performance of the group.
