Abstract
The methods used in the field of project management are different among different companies and even among different project managers working in a company, and each project manager uses his own method and method in this field, and this is an issue that Experts are also waiting for this to happen. The important point is the fact that each project has its own nature and no project can be compared with another project, even in its kind. However, fundamental methods can be found and used in various project management. In this part of the article, an attempt has been made to state these rules and to review the basic steps for establishing a project management work plan during its various phases, from conceptual design to its brief completion.
