Abstract
Concrete as one of the most widely used materials has an important role in construction projects. The growing need of society for buildings and housing and the need to use new methods and materials to increase the speed of construction, lightening, increase the useful life and earthquake resistance of the building has been raised more than ever. The use of lightweight concrete is expanding considering the important components of construction projects. In this article, while examining the types of light structural and non-structural concrete, its position and applications are discussed.
