Abstract
Construction management is an important branch of project management that deals with the planning, execution, and control of construction and civil engineering projects. Due to its complexities and challenges, this field requires special knowledge and skills that can help increase efficiency and reduce costs in construction projects.Construction management is the process of planning, coordinating, and controlling human, financial, and material resources in construction projects. The main goal of this management is to ensure that projects are completed on time, with the desired quality, and within the specified budget. Construction management is of great importance in the construction industry. Some of the reasons for this importance include:

Cost reduction: By properly managing resources and time, you can reduce additional costs and increase productivity.

. Quality improvement: Close monitoring of processes and implementation of standards increases the final quality of the project.

. Risk management: Identifying and assessing risks in the early stages of the project can prevent serious problems in the future.

. User satisfaction: Successful implementation of projects on time and with desired quality leads to increased customer satisfaction.

One of the main challenges in the field of risk management is managing the risks arising from dynamic forces such as earthquakes, wind and other vibrations. Isolators are recognized as a key tool in reducing these risks and increasing the safety of structures.Isolators play a vital role in construction management and increasing the safety of structures. Given the existing challenges, the correct selection and design of isolators can be considered as an effective solution to combat natural hazards and improve the quality of life of residents. In other words, investing in isolation technologies can lead to a reduction in financial and human losses caused by natural disasters.
