This issue has been considered in our country as well as other developing countries. Protecting human lives is first and foremost the most important issue in any work environment. This is an urgent need for great attention and implementation of the necessary requirements in order to save human lives. Manpower is the capital of any organization that in case of endangering their lives, performance and ultimately achieving the goals of the organization or community is challenged. Due to the importance of HSE in various industries, especially the manufacturing industry, this study was intended to examine the factors affecting safety, health and the environment. This was done from a qualitative and quantitative approach. In the qualitative approach, unstructured interviews were used to collect data and in the quantitative method, a questionnaire was used. The data received from the questionnaires were analyzed with Excel software and TOPSIS method to determine the weight and priority of the identified factors. According to TOPSIS surveys, the status of safety and firefighting equipment weighing 0.095, HSE checklist weighing 0.081, manpower status weighing 0.076, having direct contact with staff and discussing HSE issues weighing 0.073 and records and indicators Contractor HSE performance with a weight of 0.065 are five important and influential factors in safety, health and environment.

Centrifugal force on vehicles and human error are the two main factors in the occurrence of accidents in these areas and will eventually lead to overturning or slipping of vehicles. In this study, the main goal is to find a way to increase safety and reduce the rate of accidents due to the relationship between human factors and road geometry. Which is mostly based on previous research and analysis. Studies on safety measures to increase safety in recent years have been collected and reviewed. The results show that the review of new methods, models and schemes such as risk reduction plan to support decisions, safety performance prediction methods on horizontal curves such as Safety Performance Function (SPF) in the future will help better performance for users. This research aims to analyze road construction workshops based on measuring the safety atmosphere of the work environment based on the Nordic questionnaire in the workers of active workshops in Kerman province. The research method has been descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of this study includes all workers of active workshops in Kerman province. After explaining the work process, they were asked to complete the standard questionnaire for measuring the safety of the Nordic safety atmosphere, which includes 7 main dimensions. The sample size is 164 workers in the road construction field. The available sampling method is also used to determine the sample size. To collect information, the standard questionnaire of Nordic safety atmosphere (2006) was used. Questionnaire 7 dimensions of management safety and commitment, management, and safety management, management safety justice, employee safety commitment, safety priority and non-acceptance of employee risk, education and training Learning to trust safety and reliability covers the safety of the immune system and consists of 50 items. To analyze the data, SPSS software version 23 has been used. The results show that the average scores of workplace safety atmosphere and some dimensions, namely management safety and power, employee safety commitment, safety priority and non-acceptance of employee risk, training and learning and confidence in safety ability are desirable and management safety priorities and commitment, management safety justice and confidence in safety efficiency are not desirable.

The construction industry is known as one of the most dangerous industries in terms of work-related losses, injury rates, and workers' compensation. Safety in construction is one of the most important issues due to the large number of accidents and deaths in this industry. The issue of safety has always been of great interest to researchers due to the history of accidents in the construction industry and many studies have been conducted in various fields related to safety. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the components of safety management in construction projects. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the nature of the method. In order to collect data, questionnaires were prepared and multi-criteria decision making methods (test and evaluation decision making method and network analysis method) were used Completed by ten safety experts with at least five years of experience in construction projects in the city of Shiraz. The collected data were analyzed by Excel and SuperDeicisions software. The results showed that the components of the presence of supervisors and trained engineers in the field of safety, training of personnel and personal protective equipment, have the most weight.
