Every year, a significant portion of the country's credits and financial resources are allocated to investment in civil and infrastructural projects. Risk management can prevent cost escalation and assist in completing projects within the designated time and budget. This study aims to identify factors contributing to the lack of implementation of risk management in small-scale civil projects in the city of Abadan. The research utilizes a descriptive method for data collection and employs exploratory factor analysis and TOPSIS analytical methods to identify and prioritize the factors. The results indicate that the influential factors in the lack of implementing risk management include four main elements (technical risk barriers, project management and leadership obstacles, construction risk barriers, financial risk barriers), among which the option of insufficient knowledge of the contractor has priority over other options.

The information modeling model can be considered as a virtual process that includes all aspects, disciplines and systems of a facility in a single virtual model and allows all project stakeholders to use the processes traditionally cooperate more accurately and efficiently.This study investigated the factors related to building information modeling affecting the performance by reviewing the literature. The literature review showed that factors related to information modeling can affect the performance of construction projects by saving time and money, improving teamwork, better data management, and better understanding of the project. Building Information Modeling or BIM can be used throughout the project life cycle to create clarity and efficiency in building construction .

Providing road safety is an important social need. Ensuring road safety is one of the most rooted foundations in traffic engineering and transportation planning. Safety guards are one of the most common safety systems on the road. One of the most common road safety methods is using guardrails in the middle of intercity routes. In recent years, intermediate concrete separators (New Jerseys) gradually replaced guardrails. In recent years, intermediate concrete separators (New Jerseys) gradually replaced guardrails. This research aims to investigate the safety performance of two types of guards (Dividers) guardrail and New Jersey on the freeway of Qazvin-Zanjan. The replacement of guardrails with concrete barriers (New Jersey) in the toll section of Tehran Qazvin to Ziaabad range has been ongoing for a length of 68 km since the end of 2018 and the end of 2020. The study found that New Jersey's installation reduced head-on crashes by more than 96 percent. It has also had a significant impact on reducing the number of accidents. However, the study of accident statistics will accurately explain the effectiveness of New Jersey in reducing accidents. However, the decrease in the frequency of accidents in axles with concrete protection may be due to the sense of security that drivers experience while driving on axles equipped with New Jersey. This article examines the pervasive issue of flight delays in Iranian airports and the factors affecting it. As air travel continues to play an important role in global connectivity and economic growth, understanding the causes and consequences of flight delays becomes critical. The importance of speed as the main indicator in the aviation industry compared to other means of transportation caused the issue of flight delays to be looked at more sensitively. Also, one of the influential factors for the performance of airline companies and the level of passenger satisfaction is the issue of flight delays and cancellations by the company. Using a comprehensive data set and statistical analyses, we examine the percentage of delayed flights in Iran's main airports and clarify the underlying factors affecting these delays. Then, using the defined index, we compare the performance of the most important Iranian airlines in terms of flight delays and cancellations in recent years using available data. As a result of these calculations, all domestic airlines in Iran, like other countries in the world, experience the most delays in the winter season. According to the evidence, this issue is predictable to a good extent and more efforts should be made in this field so that there is less impact on the economy of the country and the comfort of passengers during the trip
