Optimizing risk management under pseudo-random sequences and comparing its efficiency with Monte Carlo method of Markov chains.

Abstract
ریسک به عنوان یک عامل تأثیرگذار در حیات سازمان ها و مؤسسات همواره مطرح بوده و از سوی دیگر پرداختن به هر امری بی‌شک در مراحلی عدم قطعیت هایی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. از دیدگاه نظری، هر فعالیت اقتصادی توام با درجه‌ای از ریسک بوده که آن را نمی‌توان حذف نمود. بنابراین نگرش علمی و منطقی به مسئله ریسک چیزی جز مدیریت آن نبوده است. ضرورت مدیریت و کنترل بهینه ریسک در بنگاه های بزرگ اقتصادی و تجاری موجب شده است که مطالعات گسترده‌ای در این زمینه صورت گیرد که به سرعت نیز در حال رشد و شکوفایی بوده است. یکی از ابزارهای قوی و مهم در مدیریت ریسک، اندازه‌گیری و کمی سازی ریسک بوده است.در این مقاله یک روش شبه مونت کارلو را بر مبنای توالی های دنباله های کم پراکنده نظیر هالتون و سوبول برای تخمین ارزش در معرض خطر در پیش بینی قیمت ریسک معرفی کرده و عملکرد آن را با شبیه‌سازی استاندارد مونت کارلو مورد مقایسه قرار داده‌ایم. در بررسی های انجام شده، روش شبه‌ مونت کارلو بین 2 تا 9 برابر سریعتر از شبیه‌سازی مونت کارلوی زنجیر مارکف می‌باشد. در نهایت ملاحظه می‌شود که روشهای شبه مونت کارلو باعث بهبودی بارز و چشمگیری در عملکرد شبیه سازی سهام شده و بنابراین زمان مورد نیاز برای دستیابی به اندازه گیری‌های قابل اعتماد و معتبر ریسک کاهش می‌یابد.
