One of the goals of knowledge of construction management is to identify the unforeseen factors and situations in the way of implementing projects in order to provide effective plans for dealing with potential risks and project risks. Risk assessment is one of the most important factors in risk management and research indicates the need to use risk assessment to achieve success in construction projects. The aim of this study is to identify the types of risks in constructions projects based on the PMBOK, analysis, ranking and priority of risks using ANP method in order to improve the technical, qualitative and economic aspects of constructions projects. this research is in search of a suitable model that can use risk management and its methods in order to implement the economic and technical implementation of civil engineering projects. At first, 40 risks were identified in the context of 8 groups of risk factors through library studies and interviews, then by questionnaire and their analysis, were finally identified and ranked as the most important risks in constructions projects. Also, experts’ and experienced managers’ expertise in constructions activities was duly consulted to identify and prioritize the risks, and for the analysis of information, ANP and Super Decision software were used. Finally, it was found that the risk of delay in case of situations, adjustments and other costs to the contractor from the risk group of employers is the most important risk.

Every year, a significant portion of the country's credits and financial resources are allocated to investment in civil and infrastructural projects. Risk management can prevent cost escalation and assist in completing projects within the designated time and budget. This study aims to identify factors contributing to the lack of implementation of risk management in small-scale civil projects in the city of Abadan. The research utilizes a descriptive method for data collection and employs exploratory factor analysis and TOPSIS analytical methods to identify and prioritize the factors. The results indicate that the influential factors in the lack of implementing risk management include four main elements (technical risk barriers, project management and leadership obstacles, construction risk barriers, financial risk barriers), among which the option of insufficient knowledge of the contractor has priority over other options.

The decision-making process is critical to the success of any construction project, construction personnel make decisions related to their duties every day and justify these decisions. Wrong decisions can disrupt the project in terms of time, quality, cost and relationships and can even impose exorbitant costs. On the other hand, design, engineering and construction include complex decisions with high uncertainty, so special attention should be paid to this part. The main goal of this research is to determine the dominant model of the decision-making process of experts in construction projects. In the first step, decision-making models will be identified through library studies, and then their decision-making processes will be determined by attending construction workshops and interviewing experts in the field of construction. In the next step, by communicating between the decision-making processes of experts and decision-making models, the most used model is determined through coding؛ In this research, based on the conducted research, the 3 dominant models used in the decision-making process of expert project managers are: the contingency model, the multi-criteria decision-making model, and the classic model.

Risk management is a new branch of management science that, despite being young, is rapidly expanding and growing and has been welcomed by experts and managers in a variety of trends and in a wide range of subjects such as investment, business, Insurance, safety, health, industrial and development projects and even political, social and military issues have found their place. Therefore, it can be concluded that risk management has a special place in project management and has commonalities with it, including commonalities can be the uniqueness of the project, uncertainty in the hypotheses, goals and requirements of the project and … Enumerated. In general, the environmental factors governing the project are the roots of uncertainty and the source of risk in projects. Issues such as uncertainty in the basics and initial estimates of the project, uncertainty in the design and procurement of the project and uncertainty in its objectives, make the conditions of the projects very risky and make risk management in the projects unavoidable. Therefore, in this article, first the concepts of risk management in construction projects are examined in general and then risk management with a knowledge-based approach and also its relationship with value management is examined. Finally, a case study of risk management in construction projects with a view to finding the sources of risk is reviewed. Finally, suggestions for further study and research in this field are provided.

Project management is an organized system and resource management so that the project is completed with a specific vision, specific quality, specific time and specific cost. Project management is the process by which a project must achieve the desired result in the easiest and most cost-effective way during its life cycle. Measuring the performance of the project team and determining the progress of the project and comparing it with the initial plan has always been and will be the concern of project managers and it can be said that project performance control with value management is the most efficient and common way to control project performance It started in the middle of the twentieth century and gradually spread. The purpose of this study is to investigate new approaches in the field of value management gained by reviewing the literature in this field. In most recent researches on the subject of value management, it has been pointed out that it is insufficient to achieve the goals of project managers. Therefore, in recent years, many researchers have tried to improve the method of managing the value gained by combining it with other methods. In construction project management, the management of acquired value is considered as a suitable tool and therefore has been implemented in various construction industries. Acquired value management is based on the belief that it increases the value of the project. Given the dynamic environment in which construction companies must operate, especially in turbulent environments that are a direct result of the recent global recession, it is important to address the executive potential of value management in the construction industry. The difference between traditional value management forecasting approaches and new value management approaches in project management can be a way out of problems and shortcomings in this area.

In recent years, we have witnessed the increasing growth of technology and rapid and comprehensive advances in the construction industry. Although these developments will lead to productivity, economic growth and prosperity, they will create new concerns and challenges in various fields, including health, safety and the environment. It is clear that the increasing growth of technology will lead to more and wider definition of various projects in the construction industry and consequently, the use of manpower and materials and tools will increase. This will have adverse effects on human health, safety and the environment. [1] Therefore, it seems necessary to pay attention to the systematic management of HSE in the construction industry. It is also important to note that reducing work-related accidents is so important to project stakeholders because of its benefits, so that projects which reduce accidents are usually very attractive to project managers. [2] This is where HSE management in construction projects comes into play as a key area, combined with project risk management, reduces the costs and adverse consequences of the project. In this paper, the role of HSE management system in achieving sustainable development, the effect of training project managers on reducing accidents, strategies to improve safety, a model for developing HSE management system and the effectiveness of safety programs to reduce work-related accidents are reviewed.

Building information modeling (BIM) is a process that can be performed over the life cycle of a project from the initial design to construction stage. The Metro profession (QS) is the fifth dimension of building information modeling. Maybe 50 to 80 percent of the time needed to make an estimate is just used to calculate the amount of materials used. Given this, the advantage of using building information modeling is obvious. These softwares help us to do activities with multiple data, but in no way replace engineering experience and information.
