In recent years, we have witnessed the increasing growth of technology and rapid and comprehensive advances in the construction industry. Although these developments will lead to productivity, economic growth and prosperity, they will create new concerns and challenges in various fields, including health, safety and the environment. It is clear that the increasing growth of technology will lead to more and wider definition of various projects in the construction industry and consequently, the use of manpower and materials and tools will increase. This will have adverse effects on human health, safety and the environment. [1] Therefore, it seems necessary to pay attention to the systematic management of HSE in the construction industry. It is also important to note that reducing work-related accidents is so important to project stakeholders because of its benefits, so that projects which reduce accidents are usually very attractive to project managers. [2] This is where HSE management in construction projects comes into play as a key area, combined with project risk management, reduces the costs and adverse consequences of the project. In this paper, the role of HSE management system in achieving sustainable development, the effect of training project managers on reducing accidents, strategies to improve safety, a model for developing HSE management system and the effectiveness of safety programs to reduce work-related accidents are reviewed.

How to raise funds for infrastructure projects and exploit their products and services is currently one of the most important challenges facing public organizations, especially municipalities in various developing countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate and prioritize barriers and strategies to attract private sector participation in the construction of urban development projects, a case study of Kahrizak Municipality. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of the method and manner of collecting and receiving information, this research is in the field of field studies. Also, since the purpose of the research was to find the answer to a problem that the result of which is immediately used in decision making, the present research is decision-oriented.

Today, construction is a complex and risky industry, and the progress, development and prosperity of countries depend on the creation and implementation of development projects that are a manifestation of this strategic industry. These projects are complex, costly and time consuming, and due to the large number of people involved in projects and multiple stakeholders, we see claims and disputes during the implementation of projects and these claims and disputes have a detrimental effect on projects and predetermined goals. In such a tense environment which is full of uncertainty, it is necessary to pay attention to knowledge and management of intellectual capital as a way to overcome the differences and challenges in projects and gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the present study was conducted to investigate the effect of knowledge management on claim management. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study is the members of Fars Province Engineering System Organization. The sampling method was random and available and the sample size was determined by Cochran's formula to 369 people. Data were also collected through standard questionnaires. To assess the validity, content validity and reliability of the questionnaire from Cronbach's alpha were used. To test the hypotheses, linear regression test was used using SPSS software. The results of the hypotheses showed that there is a significant effect between knowledge management and claim management.

Nature and the environment are a gift from God that exists around every living thing and on which survival depends. Given the vast natural resources that Iran has at its disposal, it should be noted that the destruction of natural resources and the environment affects the quality and natural cycle of the country and has detrimental consequences for human life, animals, plants and buildings. Given that nature was created for the survival of the human race and there is an inseparable link between man and nature, so its preservation and protection is very important. Given the accelerating trend of natural resource degradation and the threat of biodiversity, one of the challenges in the field of natural resource protection is to upgrade the protection unit of such areas. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the effective factors in improving the performance of the Natural Resources Protection Unit. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and method. In order to collect, questionnaires based on multi-criteria decision-making methods used in this study (test and evaluation decision-making method and network analysis method) were used by five people. One of the senior experts with at least ten years of experience in the natural resources of Bastak city has been completed. The collected data were analyzed by Excel software and superdecision. The results of identification and effective factors in upgrading the protection unit based on network analysis show that the most weight is occupied by machines and the lowest score is allocated to system updates.

Steel plate shear walls (SPSWs) have been considered as a lateral resisting system in recent years. The reasons for openings in SPSWs include architectural requirements and non-structural considerations, e.g. passing installation systems. The present study analyzed twelve SPSWs with a circular opening by considering cross stiffeners with and without openings. To this end, cross stiffener-reinforced SPSWs with openings were studied. To validate the finite element (FE) modeling results, they were compared to those of an experimental model. It was concluded that a large thickness and reinforcement of an SPSW enhanced its strength and stiffness, but reduced its out-of-plane buckling. The results revealed that a cross stiffener had a large contribution to the enhancement of the shear capacity and stiffness of the system. Moreover, cross stiffener reinforcement was observed to have a proper performance in controlling out-of-plane displacements and stress distribution in the wall filler plate.

One of the solutions that can play a key role in creating a sustainable urban management system and reducing traffic consequences, is to create a budget distribution system and optimize it based on proven patterns, in addition to wasting energy in human dimensions. And technically prevent, facilitate the flow of traffic load at the lowest cost. Providing an optimal model of budget distribution can be created and stabilized from both quantitative and qualitative aspects. Quantitatively, the focus is on urban areas, and qualitatively, the emphasis is on how to optimize budget allocation to the components of transportation management needs assessment, which range from the nature of services to price and the flexibility of organizations. Involved in providing services to citizens. The purpose of this research is to present an approach of linear optimization in the form of a qualitative correction matrix model for transportation and urban traffic budget of Birjand, which has the advantages of simplicity, flexibility, accuracy and speed in use, as well as dynamic processes between Covers time. The research method is based on the integration of the Delphi technique method (which uses this method to collect expert opinions through a questionnaire that focuses on six dimensions of service nature, service quality, service delivery time, service price, flexibility in services By a hierarchical method that has been used to collect information from a questionnaire in a sample size of 30 experts and the share of each of the above six dimensions in a certain period of time from the total budget has been determined and It is weighted by numerical taxonomy and its compatibility is measured. Findings indicate that the current model of budget allocation in traffic management and urban transportation in Birjand is not optimal and needs serious revision. The maximum distance from the ideal conditions in allocating the budget is flexibility in providing services and then the budget that is spent on providing services to citizens. The results indicate that the current budget model in some components of traffic management and urban transportation needs to be seriously reviewed.
