Obstract:Since achieving the goal in implementing construction projects on several bases of management,budget,time,manpower and ..... and this goal is well_done when they have any project benchmark .Then the desired plan and idea of the employer has been viewed and it will be at the discretion of the benefits that are mostly the general public.Management begins with the plan as an idea and then examines in diffrent phases and ultimately its desirability goes.The necessity of using construction systems and new materials has been made to increase the speed of construction,lightness,increase the vitro,as well as the resistant to earthquake buildings. In this regard,promotion f the scientific and specialized level of country engineering community and familiarity with new construction systems and materials is invitable.Solving problems such as long run,low useful life,or high cost of running buildings in the housing sector requires providing solutions for practical use of new construction systems and new building materials.To reduce weight,reducing the construction time,more durability and ultimately reduce cost. This long_term measures will optimise build,increase the housing production in the country and reach the condition of optimal implementation.On the other hand,such developments will extend the underlying investment or all principles in the housing sector,especially by the private sector.This will help the government in reaching its goals in the housing sector.In this study,we try to examine the characteristic of composite engineered in the form of qualitative management guarantee,quality construction project.According to the paper and sample,the research method is used to analyse the methodology and library tools and documents and continuous studies have been used;considering the engineering composite characteristics,we can meet our demands against construction technology. Traffic, as the most prominent and objective principle of urban management, is in constant interconnection and interaction with a complex set of social, cultural and economic relationships. Urban systems in less developed countries suffer from severe asymmetry in urban management, and this heterogeneity and imbalance in urban management make areas that are less productive and qualitatively less developed. No. One of the areas considered in most research as an example of the risky situation in urban social systems is informal settlements, which are usually established in the suburbs and grow slightly. And can severely affect people's survival in these areas. Since the decline in livelihoods, the population living in informal settlements cannot be resolved in the urban system and, on the other hand, cannot be returned to the countryside in most cases, this situation can pose a major threat to the overall social structure. To create. This is a descriptive-analytical study that relies on two methods of library and field research. In this study, the effect of independent variable namely traffics management and transportation on dependent variable namely population viability in informal settlements of Birjand was investigated by gathering information through questionnaire and Pearson correlation test. The results show that traffic management and urban transport can affect up to 65% of the population sustainability, of which 27% through traffic culture such as education and the role of the media, 24% through improved patterns. Traffic such as changes in certification practices and 14% are caused by the proper implementation of the rules.

Today organizations are basically characterised by their emphasis on knowledge and information. Modern organizations, unlike those of the past, need to capture, manage, and utilize knowledge and information in order to improve performance, manage, and pursue endless change and gain a sustainable competitive advantage. It is necessary to pay attention to the knowledge and management of it in the municipalities due to the diverse range of projects and the use of diverse expertise and consultants in order to advance organizational goals and projects in order to be temporary. The aim of this study was to analyze the latent causal relationships of the stages of the knowledge management process in the technical and civil field of Shiraz Municipality. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and method. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was prepared using the test method and decision evaluation. Information was completed by ten experts in the technical and civil field of Shiraz Municipality with at least ten years of experience in construction projects in Shiraz. The collected data were analyzed by Excel software. The results showed that knowledge storage is the most effective process on knowledge management in the technical and civil field of Shiraz Municipality.

In this study, the effect of steel damper with vertical slits on chevron braced frames with the number of different stories is investigated and pushover and cyclic analyses are performed . To evaluate and compare the results, a parametric study is carried out on a steel damper with and without slit. Eight model frames such as a single-story in ordinary moment frame, braced frame, chevron braced frame with gusset plate, chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits, chevron braced frame with silt damper and three-story chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits, five-story chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits, eight-story chevron braced frame equipped by damper with vertical slits are modeled and analyzed by finite element method in Abaqus software. The results showed that the braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits by its ductile behavior, dissipated a large amount of earthquake input energy and reduced the base shear. The hysteresis curves were stable and without any loss, indicating high energy absorption by chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits. In all the chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits, the plastic hinges are not formed in the members of structures, and the failure mechanism is concentrated in the damper. The damper with vertical slits reduced the elastic stiffness, secondary stiffness and carrying capacity, which in addition to controlling the drift of the structure, increased the energy absorption capability. The chevron braced frame equipped by a damper with vertical slits had more ductility than other specimens, and according to the results, damper with vertical slits had good seismic performance.

In construction of high-rise buildings, one of the major and effective factors is the final cost of structure. Due to high volume of materials in such sort of projects, the smallest changes in the type and method of joining between the different structural components of these systems may have substantial impact on the amount of consumed materials and hence the final cost of the project. Structural systems applied in construction of high-rise buildings must be able to transfer the lateral wind force into the earth. One the systems used in construction of high buildings is outrigger system and truss belt. Optimized location of truss belt and shape of architectural plan have crucial effect on structural performance of the system. The aim of this study is to find the appropriate shape for building plan. In this regard, rectangular shaped plans with different width-to-length ratios, similar areas and different number of caps along the height of the building were constructed. After modeling and sample analysis, different parameters such as shear moment, lateral displacement, base shear, relative lateral displacement and …, were compared. Comparison of curves and analysis of obtained results showed that application of rectangular plan with width-to-length ration of 0.64 has better structural performance efficiency. Also, when lateral wind force is applied, application of truss belt resulted in creation of an inflection point in axial force curve of the columns surrounding the central core in the interval between two belts.

In the construction industry: investigation of innovation success faction is a fundamental step in codification and planning for technical innovation. The development of the construction industry is one of the indication of the growth of countries and accounts for the largest share of fixed capital accumulation and the highest allotment Employment. According to the aim of this research is identification and ranking of key factors affecting innovation the success, in construction projects in Isfahan, using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method; after library search, interviews and using a questionnaire from 14 industry experts '' key success the factors affecting innovation success in construction'' identified. These factors categorized in three groups: government factors, organizational factors, and knowledge management factors and relation between them identified. For the final ranking, a paired comparisons questionnaire were distributed, between 20 experts in the project of Isfahan International Conference Center and the Abshar residential towers then data analyzed using the Analytic Network Process methods and Super Decision software. According to the Analytic Network Process results: in top management commitment for the organizational factors, creating and supporting R&D institutions for governmental factors and the knowledge acquisition and developing among the factors of knowledge management have the most weight.
