The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate and estimate the annual rainfall return period and provide the best statistical distribution. Therefore, the annual rainfall data of Karaj Synoptic Station has been used to estimate the rainfall with a return period of 200,100,50,25,5. Gift tests (x ̅), Rss, K-S were used to use the best statistical distribution and finally smada software was used to analyze the selected distribution. The results of the study show that among the statistical distributions used in this study, the distribution of the lognormal is the most appropriate distribution.

Today, concrete plays important role in civil engineering and construction industry. From the past until now, increasing compressive strength, durability and workability have been among the most important components considered by concrete technology researchers. Due to the fact that water is one of the most important components of concrete mixes and forms a volume of 15 to 25% of concrete, its quality plays a key role in concrete. One way to increase workability and strength in countries such as China and Russia is to use magnetic technology in concrete construction. In this way, using magnetic technology, magnetic water is produced and used in mixing concrete. In the present paper, an attempt is made to review the studies and experiments performed in connection with the use of magnetic water in concrete mixes.

In recent years, with the advancement of technology related to structural computations and the significant increasing in knowledge and experience about the seismic behavior of structures, the study of their failure rate has become more serious, so it is necessary to define damage indices (DIs) are those that express amount of failure quantitatively and qualitatively. In many cases, Damage indices are dimensionless parameters, the range of which is usually between zero for no damage state and one for the structural collapse, and the values between these two indices are shown different damage states. In this study, in order to evaluate and prioritize damage indices, four types of irregular intermediate ductility steel moment-resisting frame structure (mass irregularity) with 2, 5, 8 and 12-story were designed in Etabs software and then nonlinear dynamic time history analysis has been performed under far-fault earthquakes using SeismoStruct software so the parameters needed to obtain structural damage indices such as local indices like local indices: interstory drift, maximum roof displacement, banon failure, kinematic, banon normalized cumulative rotation, cumulative plastic rotation, ductility and park-ang and also global indices: park-ang, energy, roufaiel and meyer, papadopoulos, sozen, rosenblueth, ductility, hysteretic energy, Park-Ang and base shear, banon failure (weighted index) and interstory rotation have been derived, calculated and prioritized.

Due to the rapid changes in the environment and business, only organizations in this environment will survive that are active and able to respond quickly to environmental requirements. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to value engineering programs and plans in organizations and construction projects in order to improve and improve the quality level and improve products and services. Using value engineering in executive projects can become a tool for managing and controlling costs, given the complexity of the work, especially in large-scale development projects. Valuable engineering can improve and enhance the quality of new processes at any stage of an implementation project. Given that the Stone Creativity Phase is the cornerstone of value engineering projects, any improvement and reduction in cost and value created by system reform is due to the production of valuable ideas in the Value Engineering Creativity Phase. . In this research, while reviewing articles, books and valid standards through library studies, presenting and analyzing the current situation of value engineering in various construction projects, examining the obstacles facing the application of this methodology and implementing strategies to eliminate this damage. Today, construction projects have a significant share in the development and development of the country by allocating a significant amount of the country's budget. Therefore, improving the situation of these projects and also improving the profitability of these projects has involved the minds of many construction companies and at higher levels of officials. One of the most important and effective methods for this purpose is to improve the productivity of human resources in the construction industry. Accordingly, in the present study, effective factors for human resource development, especially in the construction industry, were investigated and after explaining the factors affecting their class, action was taken according to the obtained results, which indicated the importance of factors affecting productivity. Manpower The human, managerial, social, and ultimately labor-economic factors ultimately had a higher degree of importance than other factors, respectively.
