Construction projects are key indicators of a country's national growth and development. In a development project, the largest amount of investment is made during the project implementation phase. One of the main reasons for the loss of financial resources and failure in construction projects is the incorrect selection of minor contractors in the projects. The selection of a contractor is one of the key decisions of managers and decision makers. At present, there is no efficient method based on the principles of modern management for selecting a contractor, and no attention is paid to scientific methods and appropriate techniques. It is obvious that there are several quantitative and qualitative indicators in determining the qualifications of contractors, including the ability to do the job, sufficient economic strength, quality, etc., which are important for employers. The purpose of this study is to minimize the losses caused by improper selection of component contractors and to provide a suitable method for selecting component contractors. In this research, after studying books, journals and articles related to important methods and indicators in evaluating and selecting contractors, it is identified and after that, 33 sub-criteria are selected from 6 main criteria. Then, these criteria are provided to the owners of active technicians and experts and engineers with different experiences in the country's development projects using a questionnaire and are examined and analyzed using the first questionnaire in Spss statistical software. Out of 33 criteria, 20 criteria with the highest weight as criteria were selected in the second questionnaire and the network (RBF) is implemented in Matlab environment. Using the high ability of the neural network in prediction, the best criteria for selecting component contractors are prepared in a table, of which the first 10 criteria are selected in terms of score (time reduction and project quality maintenance). Which can be considered as the final results of this research.

In the present article, while providing a brief definition of the claim and its legal bases, it has tried to specifically address the source of the employer's claims of the contractors of construction projects based on the texts in the Iranian and world civil literature and especially the source of claims in the Tehran regional electricity company (trec), we have studied and weighed them with critic technique and analyzed the results and prioritized the factors of claim bases by multi-criteria decision making Studies show that in Tehran Regional Electricity Company, the source of inaccuracy of the initial estimate of the work performed by the employer (D4) with a total current of 0.6574 is the main source of claim in this company. After that, the exchange rate changes and the jump in the price of materials (B5) are in the second place. As a possible source, the topic was included in 33 questions and, incidentally received a high rating. However, the employer can reduce the vulnerability of the project by placing clauses in the contract, such as adjusting the exchange rate, etc., to the detriment of the project. If we ignore issues that are beyond the control of the employer, such as unforeseen events and sanctions that rank third. The low accuracy of estimating the appropriate time for the project by the employer agents with a net total current of 0.5216 is in the fourth place. In addition, the best way to negotiate was identified between the ways of reviewing and handling the claims made by the contractors (dispute resolution), and mediation, judgment and referral to the judicial authorities based on the research background are in the next ranks and only a small percentage. (About 6%) of the disputes have been settled by the court.

The construction industry is known as one of the most dangerous industries in terms of work-related losses, injury rates, and workers' compensation. Safety in construction is one of the most important issues due to the large number of accidents and deaths in this industry. The issue of safety has always been of great interest to researchers due to the history of accidents in the construction industry and many studies have been conducted in various fields related to safety. The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the components of safety management in construction projects. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of the nature of the method. In order to collect data, questionnaires were prepared and multi-criteria decision making methods (test and evaluation decision making method and network analysis method) were used Completed by ten safety experts with at least five years of experience in construction projects in the city of Shiraz. The collected data were analyzed by Excel and SuperDeicisions software. The results showed that the components of the presence of supervisors and trained engineers in the field of safety, training of personnel and personal protective equipment, have the most weight.

Today, the multiplicity of accidents in the city, which in many cases has led to the death of pedestrians, is one of the main challenges in urban management. This study tries to explain individual factors such as age and gender, behavioral factors in line with the safety levels of pedestrians on streets without traffic signs that have a higher level of risk and consequently lower safety. Let's review and analyze. This research is a cross-sectional study that has been done by descriptive-analytical method. The statistical sample of this research is 218 pedestrians in the city of Birjand, which was filmed between 8 am and 8 pm with the focus on proper visibility, by simple random sampling. Findings indicate that the elements that shape and stabilize the safety of pedestrians can affect pedestrian safety by up to 70%. From the total impact, the waiting time can be increased by about 67%, affecting the pedestrian safety margin the most, and in the later stages, respectively, the passing time by about 60%, the time to look at the vehicle. They are in the second to fourth stages before and after the crossing with about 49% and repeated looking at the vehicle before and after the crossing with 25%. The results of this study also show that age and gender have a direct impact on the safety margin of pedestrians. Time is more cautious and lawful than environmental factors and changes in traffic, and has a higher safety margin. The results also show that the lower the average age, the lower the safety margin of pedestrians.

Every topic of architectural criticism is a branch of theoretical issues of architecture that is as a behavior and not just judgment and is an important part of the theoretical foundations of architecture, so that any change in various fields of design, based on architectural criticism. It is dependent and criticism has a serious and undeniable presence in our architectural life. Architectural competitions are one of the emerging points of design criticism. These competitions often lead to detailed and heated debates about how to judge and referee works, which indicates the serious presence of criticism. The results and judging of these architectural competitions will orient the society. In this study, the effect of architectural competitions on the culture and formation of architecture in the country has been studied. In this paper, the content analysis method is used. The data are taken from articles published in specialized journals and these works are considered as informed. It is recommended to modify the flow of design competitions, modify the structure at different levels, and determine the accuracy of the objectives of the regulations and their exact implementation.

In recent years, the discussion of nonlinear behavior in seismic evaluation of structures has been raised. One of the best and newest methods of evaluating buildings is the use of nonlinear dynamic analysis. This type of analysis shows a comprehensive behavior of structures in the linear to nonlinear domain. In this study, in addition to nonlinear dynamic analysis, in order to match the reality, seismic components with different angles have been applied to the structure to show a more accurate seismic evaluation of the structure. In this research, steel buildings with intermediate moment-resisting frame was modelled in three dimensional state in SAP2000 software with 8 and 12 stories and square and rectangular planes and their seismic performances have been studied and compared according to the angle of 8 pairs of accelograms (16 accelograms) under near and far-fault earthquakes (0, 30, 60 and 90 degree) using nonlinear dynamic time history analysis. The results showed that the performance of the structures at angles of 60 and 90 degree was more critical due to the larger seismic responses. Also, in most accelograms, the height of the structure was more effective than the plan shape on seismic responses. In addition, the studied structures had more critical seismic responses due to near-fault earthquakes compared to far-fault earthquakes.
