The decision-making process is critical to the success of any construction project, construction personnel make decisions related to their duties every day and justify these decisions. Wrong decisions can disrupt the project in terms of time, quality, cost and relationships and can even impose exorbitant costs. On the other hand, design, engineering and construction include complex decisions with high uncertainty, so special attention should be paid to this part. The main goal of this research is to determine the dominant model of the decision-making process of experts in construction projects. In the first step, decision-making models will be identified through library studies, and then their decision-making processes will be determined by attending construction workshops and interviewing experts in the field of construction. In the next step, by communicating between the decision-making processes of experts and decision-making models, the most used model is determined through coding؛ In this research, based on the conducted research, the 3 dominant models used in the decision-making process of expert project managers are: the contingency model, the multi-criteria decision-making model, and the classic model.

In general, any type of accident, occupational disease, or environmental damage inflicts enormous and sometimes irreparable damage directly and indirectly on organizations. The mentioned method is an integrated system that tries to create a healthy, pleasant, lively environment away from accidents with convergence, unifying arrangement of manpower, facilities and equipment, and can be observed by observing its plans in the Health and Wellness Organization of Manpower. , Provided protection against hazards and a healthy environment in the workplace, thus reducing existing risks.Slowness and lack of progress in the implementation of construction projects leads to the lack of sustainable project management, which indicates the existence of obstacles and root problems in the implementation of valuable urban projects that seriously threaten reconstruction and development and can be considered as a crisis of construction projects. named. The main problem that most large projects face is delays in various phases and eventual completion of the project. A delay is an action or event that extends the time specified in the contract to perform a particular action. Various officials and experts must be spent in order to successfully implement such projects within the specified time frame. Because in terms of scientific status and value, according to project management characteristics and factors. Affecting the success of projects, achieving one's time goals. One of the most important indicators of success is the direct relationship between the weakness of safety culture and the increase in the rate of accidents and human, economic and environmental damage has been proven in many similar studies. In addition, in recent years, following the occurrence of numerous accidents, the emphasis has been on creating a positive safety culture, increasing the level of training received, more experiences of accidents and hazards in the workplace, as well as gaining better job positions and therefore safer. . Also, the direct relationship between education level and safety culture score has been emphasized in many studies. Organizations have experienced increasing growth.

There are serious concerns about the environmental risks of industrial states activities affecting the life quality of occupants living in the neighbor cities and areas. This research aims at managing and reducing the environmental effects of pollutants, induced by the activities of industrial states (e.g. Kowsar state), on the life quality of neighbor cities occupants (here: Karaj city). There are currently 59 active industrial units in Kowsar state, that are producing commercial products in various sectors such as: chemical, food, metallic, mineral, cellulosic, and electrical industries. To determine the pollution pattern and influence ranking of its environmental pollutants, the current condition of the state and city were studied. Then, the impacts of its environmental pollutants were examined. To collect the required research data, two questionnaires were designed. The first questionnaire was filled out by experts adopted from construction and environmental engineering sectors, and then analyzed using the Delphi method. This resulted in eliminating the unimportant factors from the questionnaire. Accordingly, the second (refined) questionnaire was created, and again completed by research experts. The new data were analyzed using the WASPAS method. The results showed that the highest impact of the industrial state is on the ‘life quality of its own personnel’. This item was followed by items of ‘life disruption of neighbor occupants’, ‘permeation of malodorous aroma in the area’, ‘spread of noise pollution’, and, ‘release of toxic gases’ respectively. Some recommendations for better managing the problem are presented here.

In general, the start of a large-scale construction and industrial project requires the preparation and supply of several prerequisites at the management and plant in the higher levels. At the plant levels, these prerequisites are anticipated in the form of a work package called site mobilization, from the time of price proposal and contract conclusion, and it enters the implementation phase after the kick of meeting. This work package supports the project until the end of the provisional acceptance and sometimes the final acceptance (guarantee period) which is defined based on the needs, structure, nature and goals of each project. In the implementation phase, project management and support has been done through the system which has been defined in the site mobilization. It is obvious that any mistakes, lack of predictions, non-compliance with the requirements and needs of the project will cause a delay in the schedule, the cost of changes will increase and human resources will be under the pressure and etc. This research is based on the experience gained from implemented projects and previous studies to state the standardized method for the site mobilization phase of EPC contracts and industrial projects.

Conventional concretes, which are designed, mixed, transported and processed by traditional methods, cannot be used to achieve the desired specifications for special applications or to achieve specific requirements. Strength alone cannot answer all the properties related to concrete, especially its durability, and it is necessary to consider its reliability and durability in addition to the issue of resistance and bearing loads during the service life of concrete for different areas. In recent years, on the reinforcement used in reinforced concrete structures, developments in concrete have been placed at the top of the research programs of some countries of the world. The opinion of most experts and practitioners of concrete works has been drawn to this issue that strength alone cannot answer all the properties of concrete, especially its durability, and it is necessary to design concrete for different areas in addition to the issue of resistance and bearing loads during the service life. Its reliability and durability should also be considered. In recent years, there has been a huge change in concrete technology and the emergence of new concretes.

Construction companies today are facing a new environment. Iranian construction and construction companies suffer from low productivity and many managers have struggled to find appropriate solutions to this problem. It seems that using project management information systems to improve managers' management and increase their productivity could be one of these solutions. But because of the special features that govern these construction and development companies, especially the problems of the human resources (including managers and employees), it is not possible to apply this tool in practice and to observe it in practice. It has become less of a company that has been able to use these project management information systems efficiently. Therefore, if research can identify the key components in implementing a project management information system in bulk construction projects and provide solutions for the effective use of these project management information systems, it will certainly be a useful step in solving corporate problems Construction removed. The present study aims to investigate the impact of implementing project management information systems on the success of project development projects, which include improving the quality, cost and time components of the project depending on the content dimensions of the quality of the project management information systems, which also include the accuracy components. One of the effective methods in improving the seismic behavior of structures is the use of light steel structures (LSF) systems. The (LSF) system, which is made of cold-rolled steel sections (CFS), has been widely used in the industrial production of commercial and residential buildings for about 20 years, and as a suitable alternative to traditional construction methods. It has found a special place in the construction industry of advanced countries. These types of systems receive a small amount of lateral force during severe earthquakes, and due to two special properties, i.e. prefabricated structural members and suitable thermal insulation, these systems are widely used in The advanced countries of the world are used to build residential houses. Wooden buildings show good resistance against earthquakes. In a wooden structure, low to moderate vulnerability to earthquakes is usually observed. One of the reasons for the good performance of these buildings against earthquakes is their light weight compared to other types. Also, the presence of many non-structural components such as load-bearing walls increases the amount of energy wasted by the building against earthquakes. In addition, the presence of many joints increases the malleability of the building.

As the population grows, the construction industry, like other industries, is growing rapidly, and much of this growth can be seen in metropolitan areas. The increasing need for construction has led to the tendency of constructions to the cheapest and poorest type, in parallel with high profitability. After a while, with the initial wave of excessive demand for the building descending, when the demand showed a more reasonable trend than in the past, a number of well-known builders acted with the correct knowledge of the opportunity in the market according to the needs of affluent customers in a competitive environment. By using special architectural effects and creating a special style, through branding construction and branding, they showed a commitment to providing a guarantee of building quality. Since such buildings are built by famous architects and builders, so the building and their builders have a special brand. Therefore, buyers of luxury residential complexes, which are often highly priced, decide to buy when considering several factors. As a result, the present study aims to identify and rank the factors affecting the intention to purchase a luxury brand building. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study is the Committee of Experts.
