Earned value management (EVM) is one of the most frequently applied methods in project management for the investigation of the performance and controlling of the temporal and cost progress of the project. Using its temporal and cost control indices, this method is capable of predicting the future status of the project in terms of time and cost. But, this approach falls short of taking the risk analysis and project’s variability into account. The primary goal of the present study is the conceptual and subjective combining of risk management and EVM and investigation of the effect of risk occurrence on the project’s objectives using the EVM indices. To collect the information on the theoretical foundations and study literature and study background, use has been made herein of the Persian and Latin books, articles, dissertations and information databases and questionnaire and interview have been the methods of choice for gathering the information pertinent to the scales and indices. Moreover, in order to identify and prioritize the risks, the perspectives of the sophisticated experts and managers in civil activities have been inquired and ANP and Super Decision Software have been the instruments of interest for information analysis. After analyzing and evaluating and prioritizing the risk, the risk management process has been applied along with challenging the dimensions and factors influencing the project’s prospective performance to offer the risk coefficient that was subsequently combined with the current EVM indices for increasing the accuracy and precision of the project goals’ estimation. A civil reconstruction project (central building project of Shiraz’s municipality) in progress was evaluated for applying and comparing this method. Finally, it was found that the occurrence of risk has a significant impact on the project's objectives and changes its time and costs, additionally, given the risk factor, deviation from the time and cost of the project can considerably decrease.

Project management and systems thinking overlap. Interestingly, it seems that simple systems thinking tools are not widely used in project management, even though these tools can provide unparalleled benefits in framing and solving problems that arise from multiple perspectives and relationships between variables. The main goal of this article is to introduce the concepts and selected tools of systems thinking in project management and describe their application in managing complex projects. Also, the benefits of using "hard" and "soft" systems thinking tools in certain phases of the project life will be discussed.

Construction companies today are facing a new environment. Iranian construction and construction companies suffer from low productivity and many managers have struggled to find appropriate solutions to this problem. It seems that using project management information systems to improve managers' management and increase their productivity could be one of these solutions. But because of the special features that govern these construction and development companies, especially the problems of the human resources (including managers and employees), it is not possible to apply this tool in practice and to observe it in practice. It has become less of a company that has been able to use these project management information systems efficiently. Therefore, if research can identify the key components in implementing a project management information system in bulk construction projects and provide solutions for the effective use of these project management information systems, it will certainly be a useful step in solving corporate problems Construction removed. The present study aims to investigate the impact of implementing project management information systems on the success of project development projects, which include improving the quality, cost and time components of the project depending on the content dimensions of the quality of the project management information systems, which also include the accuracy components. Examines and explores the relevance and completeness of the information in Kara Sazeh Matin's bulk projects.

In this study, in order to identify the effect of coaching skills of the manager of landscaping projects and cultural buildings of Mashhad airport in obtaining feedback from the interactive relationship with the project stakeholders, coaching skills indicators and components of each have been identified. Given that coaching is a set of skills of active listening, empathy and questioning in the context of building trust, by searching the text of books, standards, articles, interviews, etc., components for these skills are extracted and a group of experts and specialists in the field. Coaching and project management in the Delphi process reached a consensus on these components and to measure the impact of each of these components on stakeholder interaction and their effective feedback to the project manager, questionnaires based on a 5-point Likert scale were used. These questionnaires among the statistical population of the present study include internal and external stakeholders of the project under study, such as: direct employees in the project, employees in other parts of the project, airport project investors, residents and employees near the airport, people whose business is affected. It is the airport and people who come to the airport for travel or other purposes were distributed and collected. Analysis of the descriptive statistical data of this study by SPSS software indicates that: Participants will interact with the project manager to a large extent to the project manager if any of the components of coaching skills occur. By inferential analysis of statistics, active listening skills, confidence building, questioning and empathy were ranked respectively and it was concluded that active listening skills, empathy, questioning and confidence building have a significant correlation with each other and this correlation can be generalized to the statistical community.

Time, cost and quality are the main criteria of the project that project managers to achieve success in projects, always seek to complete projects in the shortest possible time, at the lowest cost and with the highest quality. One of the main challenges in this case is choosing the right approach to achieve these goals. One of the most common approaches in this case is to use the balancing technique. In fact, by using this technique, the most optimal mode of project activities can be achieved, which leads to the least execution time, the lowest cost and the highest quality. . Project quality management includes all stages and parts of the project, including the initial definition of the project through project processes, project team management, deliverables, and project completion. Nowadays, the use of quality management systems has been proposed as a necessity to ensure the survival of organizations, and various researches and articles have been written in this field, but the establishment of this system in projects has been less discussed. In this article, while explaining the issue of quality time cost balance, quality management in projects is examined as one of the most important areas of project management knowledge, and then the concepts of quality costing regarding quality management in projects are examined. Is analyzed.

Risk management in urban projects is a complex task whose complexity depends on the size of the quantitative and qualitative dimensions of the urban project. Urban projects in the current market and business conditions are exposed to crisis at any time. The environment of urban projects is very variable and the conditions of uncertainty are many, and these conditions become more difficult for larger urban projects. Undoubtedly, proper management of these risks is a prerequisite for facilitating the crisis conditions of urban projects, and the need to access and expand the related sciences is quite obvious. This article examines the effect of variables such as age and occupation on risk-taking in urban project management, analyzes the relevant principles and challenges, and by conducting a study on the workforce in Shiraz Municipality, examines each Which of the independent variables of age and occupation dealt with risk-taking and its factors and finally led to the conclusion that none of the independent variables of gender, age, level of education and occupation had a statistically significant effect on risk-taking and its factors.

In recent years, we have witnessed the increasing growth of technology and rapid and comprehensive advances in the construction industry. Although these developments will lead to productivity, economic growth and prosperity, they will create new concerns and challenges in various fields, including health, safety and the environment. It is clear that the increasing growth of technology will lead to more and wider definition of various projects in the construction industry and consequently, the use of manpower and materials and tools will increase. This will have adverse effects on human health, safety and the environment. [1] Therefore, it seems necessary to pay attention to the systematic management of HSE in the construction industry. It is also important to note that reducing work-related accidents is so important to project stakeholders because of its benefits, so that projects which reduce accidents are usually very attractive to project managers. [2] This is where HSE management in construction projects comes into play as a key area, combined with project risk management, reduces the costs and adverse consequences of the project. In this paper, the role of HSE management system in achieving sustainable development, the effect of training project managers on reducing accidents, strategies to improve safety, a model for developing HSE management system and the effectiveness of safety programs to reduce work-related accidents are reviewed.

Construction projects can mainly achieve the desired level of perfection by using different approaches. Assuming the conventional approach to project management is to face a systematic and predictable world. However, features such as the large number of components, the interdependence between them, the high degree of synergy, the variety of components and most importantly, the nonlinear behavior that is a key feature of complex systems, has made the nature of construction projects, It looks completely different than before. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of influencing stress management and time management on the success of project management in the construction industry. The present study is a descriptive correlation from the perspective of applied purpose and from the perspective of data collection method. The statistical population of the present study of the staff of Isfahan Municipality Civil Organization was considered to be 135 people, the sampling method was determined as a group (random class) and the sample size was determined by Cochran's formula as 100. This article aims to provide insights into the importance of managers' skills in project management success and a lack of emphasis in this area within university education. In this talk, many prominent writers will discuss the human or "soft" skills needed in project management. Against this background, a review of how to equip project management literature and university education with potential project managers in the field of human skills will be conducted. . As the PMBOK guide is the most important of the texts offered in project management training, this article will highlight that "hard (technical)" skills emphasize the need for cost in "soft" skills. The following discussion illustrates the need for a balance between hard and soft skills in project management training in universities. The result suggests that teachers in this field should recognize the importance of incorporating more human skills aspects into their curricula.
