In this study, the effect of change of flow discharge on the scouring around the piers of the fifth bridge of Dezful was investigated using the Hsec-RAS numerical model. For this purpose, a hydraulic model was created from the range of the river in which the bridge is located in the software by using field data. In this study, the effect of change of flow discharge on the scouring around the piers of the fifth bridge of Dezful was investigated using the Hsec-RAS numerical model. The purpose of this research is to predict the environmental effects of the water transmission line project on the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly implement measures and solutions to reduce environmental effects in water transfer areas. This is suggested by carrying out preferential environmental impact assessment studies for the superior option from the technical, economic, social and environmental point of view. On the other hand, one of the success factors in the sustainability of development plans is the degree of acceptance of these plans by the people and local communities and their participation in the implementation and exploitation of the plan. Since the project of transferring water from the Persian Gulf is carried out with the main goal of supplying water to industries in the southeast of the country, it seems that in the short term it is not possible to supply drinking water to the residential areas within the scope of the project. However, if local labor force is used in the implementation and exploitation phase and the project is welcomed by the human communities related to the project, this project can have positive effects on the social, economic and cultural environment of the project.

Although the life period of these pipes in the our country will reach 53 years, the efficiency of these engineering pipes has become more and more enriched, reaching its true position in the country.Due to the great efforts of the responsible and informed management of some manufacturers of these products in the country, the optimal use of this type of pipes is increasing. In this regard, Farassan Co., as the flagship of this industry, has made endless efforts to update and improve the quality of pipes, and has made significant progress. One of the most important points in the use of GRP pipes in comparison with other pipes is the lack of knowledge and awareness of some customers about these pipes and products, which is always a concern for employers and consultants. In this paper, in addition to the proper introduction of GRP Pipes and their use in comparison with other PIPES, it has been tried to discuss the control and monitoring the of the Water hammer in these types of products. The discussion of earthworks and irrigation and drainage projects is very important from a technical and economic point of view. Due to the presence of sand materials in the region, in this research, these materials were used in earthworks around the pipe in different ways, including compaction by compactor and also compaction by flooding method, and the results showed that it is possible to use sand materials with fine grains less than He compacted 12% in the form of flooding and up to a density of 85%. Also, in order to provide the depth of the trench, you can mix sand materials with different percentages of clay so that the percentage of different salts such as gypsum, sulfate, and chlorine is reduced and the specific weight of the clay is increased. Different methods of moistening soil materials were compared in order to provide optimal moisture, including moistening at the borrow site and on the road. The effect of humidity on the density of soils with different grain sizes was also compared. The results showed that in clay materials, if the moisture content is more than 3% less than the optimum moisture content, it is difficult to compensate it by tamping. In the earthen layers made with fine-grained materials, traffic has a more negative effect on the density of the layer. The coarser the materials, the less impact traffic and passage of time will have. Also, the study of cross-sections showed that in sandy fields, the best way to protect the roads from the influx of quicksand is to follow the natural slope of the land as much as possible and to avoid earthmoving or earthmoving at a high height as much as possible.

According to the construction purpose, each dam structure must be able to pass the volume of excess water caused by the flood, and for this purpose, various structures such as spillways are used. The spillways are different according to the type of exploitation and the type of project. In other words, there are different types of leaks. Which are one of these types of shaft spillway. The spillway of a morning glory consists of a circular crest that directs the flow to an inclined or vertical axis. The mentioned axis is connected to a conduct way with a low gradient. In this research, in order to investigate the performance of both vortex breakers on the hydraulic spillway of morning glory, several tests have been conducted with various types of vortex breakers. The results show that the best vorticity channel with a low height and length is an arrangement of 6, which increases the flow rate by 23%. It should be noted that increasing the thickness of the vortex breaker by more than 7% of the spillway radius does not have much effect on the increase of the spillway coefficient.
