چکیده

افراد زیادی در فرآیند یک پروژه عمرانی حال ساخت یک آپارتمان باشد یا یک پل دخیل هستند. از کارفرما تا پیمانکار همه و همه اهداف مشخصی را طبق اصولی از پیش مشخص شده دنبال می‌کنند. مهندس ناظر ساختمانی از جمله افرادی است که نقش مهمی را در پیشبرد پروژه‌های ساختمانی ایفا خواهد کرد. ناظران ساختمانی وظایف بسیار متعددی را در چهار بخش ساخت و ساز، معماری، وظایف الکتریکی و مکانیکی بر عهده دارند که در اجرای صحیح آن‌ها باید از دانش فنی و تجربه کافی برخوردار باشد. نظارت یا اجرای ساختمان در ابتدا یک مسئولیت است که با داشتن اطلاعات کافی و مهارت در انجام امور محوله، درنهایت به درآمد نیز تبدیل شود.بیشترین مسئولیت در یک پروژه عمرانی متوجه ناظر یا ناظرین آن پروژه خواهد بود زیرا در صورت بروز حادثه، مجرم و متهم شناخته خواهد شد.

Mechanical Engineering Supervisor I oversees the designing of engines, tools, and other mechanical equipment and industrial processes. Also responsible for supervising the production, operation, repair and maintenance of equipment. Being a Mechanical Engineering Supervisor I may work with other engineering departments to aid in the development and usage of robotics to improve productivity. A level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. Additionally, Mechanical Engineering Supervisor I may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions . Thorough knowledge of the team processes. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.
