Determining the success factors of construction projects is one of the issues that has occupied the minds of industry officials and managers. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the characteristics of the project team in large-scale projects. The statistical population of this research is the experts of the construction industry, especially the officials and managers of large projects who have been selected from the snowball sampling method. After reviewing the literature and collecting library information, qualitative information was collected through unstructured interviews to collect data and familiarize ourselves with research in this field. After identifying the characteristics of the project team, they were prioritized by AHP hierarchical analysis.
