چکیده
نحوه تامین سرمایه برای انجام پروژه های زیربنایی و بهره برداری از محصولات و خدمات حاصل از آنها در حال حاضر به عنوان یکی از مهم ترین چالش های پیش روی سازمان عمومی و به ویژه شهرداری ها در کشورهای مختلف به ویژه در حال توسعه است. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی و اولویت بندی موانع و راهکارهای جذب مشارکت بخش خصوصی در احداث پروژه های عمرانی شهری، مطالعه موردی شهرداری کهریزک می باشد. تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است، ازلحاظ شیوه و نحوه جمع آوری و دریافت اطلاعات، این تحقیق در حوزه مطالعات میدانی قرار دارد. همچنین نظر به اینکه هدف تحقیق یافتن پاسخ مساله‌ای بود که نتیجه آن بلافاصله درتصمیم گیری مورد استفاده قرارمی گیرد، تحقیق حاضرتصمیم گرا است

How to raise funds for infrastructure projects and exploit their products and services is currently one of the most important challenges facing public organizations, especially municipalities in various developing countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate and prioritize barriers and strategies to attract private sector participation in the construction of urban development projects, a case study of Kahrizak Municipality. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of the method and manner of collecting and receiving information, this research is in the field of field studies. Also, since the purpose of the research was to find the answer to a problem that the result of which is immediately used in decision making, the present research is decision-oriented.
