به کار گیری شیوه مدیریتی چابک در پروژه های ساختمانی

چکیده
امروزه پروژه های ساختمانی عموما با تاخیرات و نیز هزینه های مالی پیش بینی نشده ای به اتمام می رسند. علت این مشکلات را می توان به طور معمول متوجه پیچیدگی های پروژه و غیر قابل انکار بودن اعمال تغییرات در طول چرخه پروژه دانست. از طرفی با معرفی روش های مدیریت نوینی چون روش مدیریت چابک و تغییر روند مدیریت پروژه از روش های سلسله مراتبی سنتی به رویکردی که در آن ذینفعان پروژه با تعامل بیشتر و با آمادگی جهت اعمال تغییرات فعالیت می کنند، گامی موثر جهت پیش برد اهداف پروژه با راندمانی مطلوب تر در همه جهات برداشته شده است. روش مدیریتی چابک که در ابتدا برای پروژه های فناوری اطلاعات معرفی گردید، به علت کارایی بالا به سرعت راه خود را در صنایع دیگر نیز گشود. در این مقاله ضمن مرور مقالات ارائه شده در سال های اخیر در همین خصوص، به میزان کارایی استفاده از این روش در پروژه های ساختمانی خواهیم پرداخت.

چکیده English

Today, construction projects are generally completed with delays as well as unforeseen financial costs. Agile Management Awareness, which was initially introduced for IT projects, quickly opened its way to other industries due to its high efficiency. In this article, while reviewing the articles presented in recent years in this regard, we will discuss the efficiency of using this method in construction projects.
