Waste management encompasses a cohesive and systematic framework of regulations governing the generation, storage, collection, transportation, processing, and disposal of waste, aligned with fundamental environmental principles and public health standards. Effective waste management is recognized as a critical challenge facing contemporary societies. The continuously increasing volume of waste streams, coupled with their growing diversity, significantly complicates management practices, particularly concerning collection and disposal methodologies. This research employs a hybrid approach integrating the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to 1 rank Construction waste management strategies within the rural areas surrounding Kerman city. To this end, structured questionnaires, tailored to the adopted methodology, were utilized to gather perspectives from relevant experts in the field. The findings reveal the prioritized ranking of the most significant Construction waste management and disposal methods in Kerman's rural areas as follows: Reuse, Recycling, Sanitary Landfilling, and Stockpiling, respectively. Consequently, it is recommended that waste management implementation policies, while incorporating the imperatives of sustainable development, should strategically focus investment primarily on Reuse initiatives, followed by the Recycling of Construction waste materials.
