English

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify and prioritize the influential criteria in achieving the project scheduling in construction projects. In this research, the most important influencing criteria were identified, and the hierarchical structure of the factors was categorized into eight groups: "Financial Phase," "Contractual and Agreement Phase," "Project Control Phase," "Regulatory and Legal Phase," "Technical Knowledge Phase," "Political Phase," "Environmental Phase," and "Managerial Phase." Then, using expert questionnaires based on pairwise comparisons, and after testing the validity and reliability of the questionnaires according to the research sample's feedback, the criteria were weighted and prioritized in achieving project scheduling using the AHP multi-criteria decision-making method and Expert Choice software. As a result, the ten most influential criteria in the path to achieving the project scheduling in construction projects include: sufficient budget allocation (0.015), no shortage of raw materials (0.096), management focus on the project, risk-taking (0.087), worker support (0.056), timely payment of financial status reports (0.052), attention to critical paths in scheduling (0.0514), job satisfaction among workers (0.051), avoiding the use of low-quality contractors (0.038), and accurate investment (0.0295). These factors have the highest weight and priority in achieving the project scheduling in construction projects. Therefore, paying attention to these criteria is of utmost importance.
