چکیده
با توجه به تغییرات سریع محیطی و کسب و کار، تنها سازمان­هایی در این محیط بقاء خواهند داشت که چالاک بوده و بتوانند با سرعت مناسبی به الزامات محیطی پاسخ دهند. از اینرو توجه به برنامه­ها و طرح­های مهندسی ارزش در سازمان­ها و پروژه­های ساخت جهت بهبود و ارتقاء سطح کیفیت و بهبود محصولات و خدمات از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. به­کارگیری مهندسی ارزش در پروژه­های اجرایی با توجه به پیچیدگی کارها به­ویژه در طرح­های بزرگ عمرانی، می­تواند به ابزاری برای مدیریت و کنترل هزینه­ها تبدیل شود. مهندسی ارزش می­تواند موجب اصلاح و ارتقای کیفیت فرآیندهای جدید در هر مرحله از یک پروژه اجرایی گردد.با توجه به اینکه فاز خلاقیت سنگ بنای طرح­های مهندسی ارزش می­باشد و هر نوع بهبود و کاهش هزینه و ارزش ایجاد شده­ای که در اثر اصلاح سیستم روی دهد بواسطه تولید ایده­های ارزشمند در فاز خلاقیت مهندسی ارزش می­باشد. در این تحقیق ضمن بررسی مقالات و کتابها و استانداردهای معتبر از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه­ای، ارائهوتحلیلوضعموجودمهندسیارزشدرپروژه­هایساختمانی مختلف،بررسیموانع پیش روی به­کارگیریاینمتدولوژیصورتپذیرفتهوراهکارهایاجراییبرایرفعاینآسیب­هاواستفادهدرستونتیجه­ بخشازمهندسیارزش پیشنهادشدهاست.

چکیده English

Due to the rapid changes in the environment and business, only organizations in this environment will survive that are active and able to respond quickly to environmental requirements. Therefore, it is very important to pay attention to value engineering programs and plans in organizations and construction projects in order to improve and improve the quality level and improve products and services. Using value engineering in executive projects can become a tool for managing and controlling costs, given the complexity of the work, especially in large-scale development projects. Valuable engineering can improve and enhance the quality of new processes at any stage of an implementation project. Given that the Stone Creativity Phase is the cornerstone of value engineering projects, any improvement and reduction in cost and value created by system reform is due to the production of valuable ideas in the Value Engineering Creativity Phase. . In this research, while reviewing articles, books and valid standards through library studies, presenting and analyzing the current situation of value engineering in various construction projects, examining the obstacles facing the application of this methodology and implementing strategies to eliminate this damage. And the correct use and outcome of value engineering have been proposed.
