شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر موفقیت نوآوری در پروژه های ساخت و ساز شهر اصفهان با روشANP

چکیده
بررسی عوامل موفقیت نوآوری یک گام اساسی در راه تدوین و برنامه ریزی برای نوآوری فناورانه در صنعت ساخت و ساز می باشد. توسعه ی صنعت ساخت و ساز، از جمله نشانه های رشد کشورها محسوب شده و بیشترین سهم انباشت سرمایه ی ثابت و بالاترین سهم اشتغال را به خود اختصاص می دهد. با توجه به هدف پژوهش که شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر موفقیت نوآوری در پروژه های ساخت و ساز در شهر اصفهان با تکنیک ANP می باشد؛ با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و انجام مصاحبه و توزیع پرسشنامه ای بین 14 نفر از خبرگان صنعت مربوطه عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر موفقیت نوآوری در ساخت و ساز، شناسایی شدند. عوامل شناسایی شده به 3 دسته ی عوامل دولتی، عوامل سازمانی و عوامل مدیریت دانش تقسیم و ارتباط بین آن ها مشخص گردید. برای رتبه بندی نهایی، پرسشنامه ی مقایسات زوجی، بین 20 نفر از صاحب نظران مربوطه و خبرگان در پروژه ی مرکز همایش‌های بین المللی اصفهان و پروژه ی برج های مسکونی پزشکان آبشار توزیع شد و سپس با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکه ای و نرم افزارSuper Decision تجزیه و تحلیل انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از رویکرد ANP نشان داد که در بین عوامل سازمانی، عامل تعهد مدیریت ارشد، ایجاد و حمایت از مؤسسات R&D مربوط به عوامل دولتی و کسب و توسعه ی دانش در بین عوامل مدیریت دانش، بیشترین وزن را به خود اختصاص داده اند.

چکیده English

In the construction industry: investigation of innovation success faction is a fundamental step in codification and planning for technical innovation. The development of the construction industry is one of the indication of the growth of countries and accounts for the largest share of fixed capital accumulation and the highest allotment Employment. According to the aim of this research is identification and ranking of key factors affecting innovation the success, in construction projects in Isfahan, using Analytic Network Process (ANP) method; after library search, interviews and using a questionnaire from 14 industry experts '' key success the factors affecting innovation success in construction'' identified. These factors categorized in three groups: government factors, organizational factors, and knowledge management factors and relation between them identified. For the final ranking, a paired comparisons questionnaire were distributed, between 20 experts in the project of Isfahan International Conference Center and the Abshar residential towers then data analyzed using the Analytic Network Process methods and Super Decision software. According to the Analytic Network Process results: in top management commitment for the organizational factors, creating and supporting R‌&‌D institutions for governmental factors and the knowledge acquisition and developing among the factors of knowledge management have the most weight.
