چکیده

 فنون مدیریت پروژه مانند بازیابی و ارزیابی پروژه و روش مسیر بحرانی به مدیران حسابرسی کمک می‌کنند تا بتوانند کارکنان بخش حسابرسی را به خوبی به کارهای‌ مربوط تخصیص داده و حسابرسی را طبق برنامه به پیش‌ ببرند.فن بازیابی و ارزیابی پروژه و روش مسیر بحرانی در ساده‌سازی یک برنامه پروژه حسابرسی به مدیران کمک‌ بسیاری می‌کند و اهداف کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت را به کارکنان‌ و مدیران نشان می‌دهد.بنابراین،مدیران با استفاده از این‌ فنون بهتر می‌توانند برای کارکنان برنامه‌ریزی کرده و آنها را به کارهای جدید تخصیص داده و از طرف دیگر،این امکان‌ را نیز پیدا می‌کنند که با کارایی و دقت بیشتر برنامه‌ حسابرسی را تغییر دهند.

Project retrieval and evaluation techniques and the critical path method simplify An audit project plan helps managers a lot and shows short-term and long-term goals to employees and managers. Therefore, managers can better use these techniques to plan for employees and assign them to new tasks, and on the other hand, this They will also be able to modify the audit program more efficiently and accurately.
