چکیده
مدیریت هزینه های ساخت در پروژه های ساختمانی از جمله مهمترین فاکتور های مدیریتی می باشند. ضعف در این مدیریت می تواند هزینه های زیانباری را متوجه پروژه و کارفرمایان آن کند. در تکنولوژی 5D BIM با ترکیب اطلاعات هزینه ای پروژه با مدل سه بعدی ارائه شده بر اساس BIM (Building Information Modelling) می توان به ارزیابی موثر و دقیق تری در مورد هزینه های پروژه در طول حیات آن رسید. اما به کار گیری این شیوه می تواند هم فرصت ها و هم چالش های بسیاری را برای مدیران پروژه به همراه داشته باشد. این مطالعه با مرور مقالات به روز ارائه شده به بررسی میزان کارایی این سیستم در مقایسه با سیستم های مدیریت و کنترل پروژه های ساختمانی خواهد پرداخت.

چکیده [English]
Construction cost management in construction projects is one of the most important management factors. Weak management can lead to detrimental costs to the project and its employers. In 5D BIM technology, by combining project cost information with a three-dimensional model based on BIM (Building Information Modeling), a more effective and accurate assessment of project costs over its lifetime can be achieved. But applying this method can bring many opportunities and challenges for project managers. This study will review the efficiency of this system in comparison with construction project management and control systems by reviewing the presented articles.
