چکیده
امروزه بخش بسیار بزرگی از سرمایه هر کشور، به خصوص کشورهای در حال توسعه به طرح‌‌های عمرانی و زیربنایی آن اختصاص دارد و یکی از عوامل رشد و توسعه اقتصادی هر جامعه موفقیت در اجرای پروژههای عمرانی می‌‌باشد.
به طور کلی هر نوع حادثه، بیماری‌‌های شغلی و آسیب‌‌های زیست محیطی خسارات بسیار زیاد و بعضاً غیر قابل جبرانی را به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم به سازمان‌‌ها تحمیل می‌‌کند. روش مذکور، سیستمی است یکپارچه که با همگرایی، چینش هم‌‌افزای نیروی انسانی، امکانات و تجهیزات، سعی در ایجاد محیطی سالم، دلپذیر، بانشاط و به دور از حادثه خسارات و صدمات دارد و میتوان با رعایت برنامه‌‌های آن در سازمان بهداشت و آسایش نیروی انسانی، حفاظت افراد در مقابل خطرات و محیط زیستی سالم را در محیط کار تأمین کرد و به عبارتی ریسک‌‌های موجود را کاهش داد.
